Very filthy store, disrespectful employees and my boyfriend has had serious food poisoning since eating here please do not eat here it is not safe for u or kids.

This was my first time ordering from the main street location. I had two catering orders for the last two Saturdays and Chad went above and beyond with both orders! Not only did they accommodate special requests on some of the lunch boxes, but the also wrote each individual's name on the box to make it easy for me to distribute. They also did not skimp on the ingredients in each sub. I will definitely continue to order from this location. Fresh, quality ingredients AND wonderful customer service.

Don't come here if you got more than one order. The light skinned lady barely helped the other lady, completely ignored our daughter, wanted to do another order(which is fine but you ignored a customer that was here first). First and last time here.

Love this subway. Food was great, but the costumer service was amazing. I had my service dog with me, and everyone was so sweet. They even gave me a bowl so she could have some water while I ate.

I wish there was a different way to rate a place and describe them in a different way. There isn't many restaurants that would qualify for this category but this one is probably top rated in that category. :)OK, where to start.......................the food is............the service is........atmosphere is????? Well, we can't say anything really because they need to be open, have employees who operate and provide services. I've never, in 6-7 years being permanent resident in Lex, seen this location open. I heard they wasn't to bad, I mean it's Subway, but you sure as hell can't blink or you'll miss opening hours.

Convenient lunch spot when downtown. The staff were efficient and my sandwich was good.
Underprepared, only has wheat bread, no spinach-- you're a sandwich store with hardly any toppings to choose from and you don't have bread or basic items. And the staff is rude. Not normally, but today they were above and beyond terrible people. A waste of money and time. If you're not going to have the majority of what makes you a Subway in terms of food your staff needs to at the VERY LEAST be kind about it.
