Came to the reviews to see if my experience was a common mishap. After reading majority of the reviews it was. The customer service was terrible. The constant eye rolls from the staff and lack of communication. The staff that took my order seemed annoyed at the fact she had customers. This was my first time coming to this location that I didn’t even know existed. This will also be my last! At one point I wanted to stop mid order and leave. Nothing like working hard for your money and giving it to an establishment that acts as if they don’t want you there in the first place. We should stop supporting business that don’t want it!
The sandwich was good but the employees were extremely rude. I ordered online and the sandwich was not ready by the quoted time. I was waiting at the pickup area and an employee yelled down that they “push a button” when it is ready. The way she said it wasn’t in an informative manner. It was more accusatory like “why are you here already?”

Worst customer service, very poor hygiene of restaurant. Poor hygiene of staff, rude, inconsistent, overly tattooed , nose piercing, hippy liberal attitudes of staff. It should be closed.
Rude and catty staff. Refuses all forms of gift cards and Coupons.Really make you feel like you are troubling them just to order a sandwich

This spot doesn't accept coupons or gift cards. Pay in cash or special University card money. Very limited payment options. Customer service is ok.Stopped going here for a while. Tried it again for the first time in months. The bread was essentially made of crackers - so stale it crumbled in my hand (Not toasted either).Close this spot.
Rude staff!
It's pretty bad when the staff complain about the sandwich you picked, wishing they would "Ban this sandwich" probably because it's marginally more difficult to make. That being said the customer service is pretty bad, especially when it's busy.
