Finally got around to having the Reuben. Highly recommend it. The customer service there was really good considering there was only one person working. Two guys were in front of me and she did apologize for the wait. Which didn't seem long at all. The sandwich was made well and she had me out in no time!
Cosi is the quintessential sandwich stop. Really enjoy their Turkey and Brie and a salad. Tastes good and isn't really that expensive. Menu is sorta small but what they make it's really good.

They didn't open on time which was a bad start. Was supposed to open at 10 per their listed hours online, but didn't actually open until after 10:30. There were two elderly people working the shop, one of which seemed to give snappy responses to my simple requests like mozzarella cheese which they yelled "we don't have mozzarella cheese at the subway!" as if I was out of line for simply asking for mozzarella.
