Worst taco bell I've ever had. And that says alot. Not only did they get my order wrong, the 1 iteam that was correct had the hardest driest cheesey gordita crunch. I couldn't even eat it. She didn't give me a receipt but it was at 12:10 2/28/25.

Ordered on the mobile app. When I picked up my food I was missing an item and was told that they no longer sold them (new 10 piece crispy chicken nuggets). Was then told that they didn't do refunds that where purchased through the app and that I had to do it through the app. Well the app doesn't give refunds either. So I got the run around from both the store AND the app. Someone needs to figure something out and this needs to be fixed. How is it the location cannot give refunds for items THEIR missing or unable to fix?

I always find myself regretting it as soon as i pull out of the drive through. I'm about as simple and as basic as it gets and they still can't get it right ? how hard is "meat and cheese" only. I guess it'd make too much sense to put the cheese in too.

I recently visited this Taco Bell at night and was really disappointed with the experience. The place was packed with DoorDash drivers picking up orders, and I was shocked at how the employees treated them. They were rude, even cursing and talking down to the drivers. It was uncomfortable to watch and made the whole atmosphere feel tense and unfriendly. To the owner: I think this could be a great location, but the way your team treats others matters a lot. I’d recommend some customer service training to help create a more respectful environment, especially for those working late nights. I’d love to see this place improve.
