I just spent 58.00 at this location and I got tacos with just meat. Not what I ordered. Also at time of ordering, I felt rushed to place my order. Was not finished and was told to pull to the window, at the window the cashier did not want to let me finish my order. I was told go back thru the drive thru again to order the rest of my food. I will NEVER spend my money at this location!!

The night shift manager needs to be fired... no matter how much money I spend, if I ask for more than two sauces, she won't send our household any at all ... I just spent $30 and she told me that me asking for six packs of sauce was too many, so she did not send any!.. she did that to us two times in a row!. I cannot wait until the morning so I can speak directly to the general manager!

READ BEFORE ORDERING DOORDASH FROM HERE!!!!!

I am a dasher and I came to this location to pick up an order of 12 items for a customer. Waited 20 mins to receive the order and when I got the bag finally I noticed it wasn’t heavy enough to have everything in it. They swore up and down that it did so I open the bag because I knew everything wasn’t there. Why?? Well, A. To prove a point and B. To make sure that the customer got everything!

There was only 3 items in the bag and when I proceeded to show them, they got mad that I “opened the bag.” Which wouldn’t have needed to happen if they wouldn’t have made it obvious that everything wasn’t there and lied about it.

THIS IS THE LAZIEST TACO BELL EVER!!! Rude employees who don’t do their job correctly!!! Never again will I go back there!

Like any other taco bell and most establishments in this part of town, the accountability for bad service is basically non-existent, so you're rolling the dice getting food here-particularly after 10PM. I've been served correct and delicious orders as well as incorrect and cold/poorly-made orders. The other night, I got a cold and poorly-made burrito and called the restaurant. They told me the burrito was in fact not cold and proceded to offer exactly zero assistance or remediation. If you're hungry after midnight, you don't have many options, but know you're leaving it in god's hands if you come here.

drive through missed half of items in 9 dollar luxe box, missed a beefy 5 layer burrito, didnt even give us a bag, and dude in the drive thru was rude and did not seem to care, pretty sad to pay 17 dollars for your meal for 2 people and only get 10 dollars of your money
