Came by after a show to get the limited time franks red hot Diablo burrito and the kids working last nights drive thru around 130am said they didn't have it just because they didn't want to serve us. Maybe because we are Hispanic, maybe because they didn't want to do their jobs. Don't know. But door dashing the same order from a different taco bell 8 hours later was no issue. Fire the kids that work at night, they obviously don't care about their jobs or Yum brand.

we paid $30 for food that wasn’t even ours. we got the complete wrong order but didn’t realize until we were home 15 minutes away. the lady running the drive thru was rude & short when taking our order to being with. stressed out with maybe 5 cars in the drive thru?? find another job at that point babe.

There was a girl standing at the food production line with her rear end resting against the part where food touches, and she had a cell phone in her gloved hands. This is a huge violation of Taco Bell's CORE standards in addition to being disgusting. I will not be returning. Food was mid.

Fix your hours open Update- still not open during hours listed on the window. If I were the owner I would want to know if customers were leaving bad reviews due to the inaccuracy of the hours listed. Should be easy to fix soooo

Was in line at the drive thru at 12:55 AM. Finally get to the speaker at 1:10 AM and they tell me they’re only taking door dash orders. After I sat in that line for 15 minutes. But they close at 2AM.
Just check that your food is warm before you pull off

I'm vegetarian so when I order a bean burrito and I take a bite of a dead cow, it's really upsetting. I wish the employees would take this more seriously - multiple times I've received beef instead of beans. If you're vegetarian you should avoid this taco bell because they don't care if they serve you beef or not.

It would be nice if they followed all the food delivery instructions. We said no tomatoes and add pico and they left the tomatoes and didnt add the pico. We also added extra cheese to the tacos and they only put the regular amount of cheese. Will be requesting a refund.
