Thirsty Fox at Zim's Cafe Reviews
Currently sitting with a party of 30 planned well in advance with a set menu. No menus were printed. The corporate receipt was being passed out to guests to order from. 1 waitress. 40 minutes for drinks and an hour to take orders. This is embarrassing for the travel company paying for it, and for Ouita and her restaurant. The “manager” couldn’t be bothered and isn’t helping the staff. Hopefully the food saves the day if it ever arrives.

5 star place great food great beer friendly staff and awesome martinis
Menu
Thirsty Fox at Zim's Cafe offers great food and fair prices, with friendly service staff. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and a special menu for events like the Derby. Guests often enjoy the food made with local ingredients, and the vibe is fun and inviting. The decor is lively, and the patio seating provides a pleasant place to dine, even if it can be a bit noisy at times due to traffic or motorbikes. The food quality can vary, but most guests find their experience enjoyable, especially with dishes like the sausage and bacon. Service may sometimes be slow, especially in the bar area, and there can be delays in ordering. Some meals, like the sausage and bacon, may not always be served hot or cooked perfectly. During busy times, noise levels can be high, making conversation difficult. Drinks, including the Mint Julep, tend to be on the sweeter side, but attentive service helps improve the experience. The bar area is small but offers a decent selection of liquor and bourbon, with friendly bartenders. Overall, Thirsty Fox at Zim's Cafe remains a place where good food and friendly service come together, making for a mostly enjoyable dining experience.
