Feels like you are in Mexico. Authentic food with so many types of different meats. I got the lingua, barbacoa, carne and cabeza. I'd say barbacoa and lingua were my top 2 because of the immense flavor. I will warn you that after eating this food be prepared to feel a bit sluggish. Got a small cabeza burrito also and was good but would recommend using a different meat than what I chose because it gets lost in the fixings. Also, the tacos had too much cilantro but I just took what I wanted off. This spot reminds me of the taco stands on side of the road in California. I wish they had a few more sauces to choose from

Used to be our go to spot in Lexington, seems like the economy has really focused on this one particular spot, was suddenly become 2-3x more expensive since our last visit

I had the Asada burrito and it was amazing, 9/10. The steak is finely chopped and rice and beans were also inside the burrito. Great tasting and enough to fill me up! It feels very authentic as soon as you walk in and the health score rating posted is 96/100.

The service was excellent. The staff didn't all speak English but they knew enough to take care of your order and get you what you needed. The food was good. We tried the tacos, burrito, rice and beans, and menudo. The rice was cold but mixed with the beans it was ok. The al pastor was a 7.5 and the carne asada was a 8.2, I wish the meats were a little crispier. The menudo was a 8.6 but wish it had hominy in it. The owner said they only put it in the posole where shes from but it was really good. The tortilla were really good but it is a tortilleria 😋. If you are looking for authentic tacos then this is the spot.
