We booked a brunch here for Easter while visiting from Chicago our son at UK. The food was underwhelming for $60 a plate. The selection was scarce, and dishes lacked flavor, honestly I was thinking The Golden Corral would have been a better option. Ham and salmon were overcooked, the only bright spot was the desserts which featured a bourbon cake, and an apple cheesecake that were tasty.
Great customer service!!!

It was all so good, I kind of over did it........Yummy turkey and other fixings were all great!!
This was our fifth year, having our Thanksgiving meal at the Triangle Grill. We always request and receive a window table where we can see the Lexington Center, Christmas tree, which is decorated, but not lit yet but still beautiful to look at while we eat. The buffet changes a little bit every year and not necessarily for the better, for example, my son missed the drumsticks this year And I couldn't find the gravy, but my tremendously good server brought me some from the back. I feel like there should be one more side, especially if there's not going to be roast beef. Maybe a corn pudding. The dessert choices were really good this year. Turkey itself was excellent as was the rest of the buffet. I've been there so long that when I walked up, everyone knew me by name and I'd had the same server several years and that is warm and friendly and feels like family when you were eating out. They are tremendous..
Our team was in Kentucky for 3 days and looked forward to spending time every morning with the triangle grille staff.
Stephon, Eleanor, Mary, and Vera really made our time pleasant. The breakfast was top notch and the service was perfect.

After reviewing the menu it seemed like a nice enough place. Nothing special. When we arrived we learned that the Mother's Day brunch was required and that we couldn't order from the menu. The food was mediocre catering fare at best and the desserts weren't quite unthawed. I then learned that I would be paying $52 per person at the end of the meal including for my ten year old. There are so many better places just feet away and I walked away feeling very taken advantage of. I make it a point to not leave negative reviews because every place can have a bad day but this was an intentional decision on their part. For this price I urge people to enjoy many of the other nearby fantastic places.

There was a little miscommunication regarding what was being offered food wise. We were looking for a nice place for Mother's Day brunch. I saw Triangle Grille listed and called them. They said they weren't doing anything special for Mother's Day but their brunch menu would be available. I looked at their brunch menu on line and it had several choices my family would enjoy. I even asked the day before when they were confirming the reservation. We get there and they have a Mothers Day lunch/dinner buffet set up. No breakfast items that one would expect for a brunch and we were looking forward to. Very very disappointing. The buffet food was just ok. When you are expecting eggs Benedict it's hard to appreciate vegetables and meat choices.
The food was mediocre catering fare. We arrived and realized that we weren't going to be able to order from the menu and had to do the buffet. We then realized that it was $52 per person. Even for my ten year old. For lowest cost chicken/salmon, potatoes, and green beans. There are many other wonderful restaurants nearby with infinitely better food for half the price. This was a conscious decision by management and we'll choose to not go there again because of it.

Turns out, this place is in the Hilton hotel. When I searched Google for brunch places in Lexington, this place popped up so we decided to check it out. We arrived around 11:20 and decided to do the breakfast buffet, which we were told ends at 12 noon. The buffet was a basic hotel breakfast. We ended up paying just shy of $50 for 2 adult breakfast buffets and 2 sodas. It certainly wasn't worth it. The staff were nice and helpful, but the food was lackluster.

This was our fourth year having our Thanksgiving at Triangle Grille, and it will probably be our last. The food has become more average and mediocre every year and the options are not all that exciting. Not enough side dishes no roast beef along with the turkey and ham and the side dishes they do offer up or not very good. The potatoes were terrible, that's just a basic standard side dish. I don't know how it can be ruined. There should be more salad options. There's no brussels sprouts or anything else. Everything sort of pedestrian. That's a lot of money for the mediocre meal. Both the meal and dessert feel like all you did was reheat things or set them out. It was a lot of money again for something pretty average.
We loved their breakfast! We've gotten it twice here, once for room service, once sitting down in the restaurant! I love the feeling of the dining area. It was very welcoming, and they even had live flowers on each table! Service was also great!

The food was good! The biscuits were really fluffy with a good amount of butter. I had the meat lovers omlette and it was really good!

Biscuits and potatoes were cold and rock hard. Coffee tasted burnt and was way to strong. Rest of the food was bland with no flavor. Service was good. But I would definitely go somewhere else.
