This place is advertised publicly as the "Big Blue" Waffle House, but when I went it eat, it gave more of a big "Blue Waffle" house vibe. The food was exactly the same too. Place was so disgusting that I had to get a STI test immediately after.

My cheese scrambled eggs came without cheese. When I sent them back, I watched the cook throw them back in the skillet, put some cheese on top and reheat til melted. I was too hungry to complain & everything else was getting cold. Young cook....should be taught better!

I don’t leave reviews a lot but the customer service I experienced here was incredible!! Ryan treated me and my boyfriend with the BEST service we’ve ever received at a restaurant, my boyfriend is handicapped and never made him feel less then and acquired all of his needs. Also the banter back and forth between Ryan and Julia (she seemed great as well!) is comical and keeps customers coming back!🩷 Food was great as well!!!!

The worst treatment ever. We have been going to this place for over a year and for them to act like I wasn't able to pay for the absolute worst service and dirty coffee cups that left brown marks on the table and not get what I ordered and then to be cussed at ( the woman actually called me an asshole) when we were outside was completely out of the question. And after offering my card SEVERAL TIMES after all that being told that the cops were being called and we aren't allowed to come back.... sorry Cyndi (our favorite waitress)... we love you but we will never be back

Dined in.no staws,cup was nasty,silverware was nasty,egg mixing machine broke,omelette was green in the middle,got order wrong,but the best thing was a college kid Puking all over the floor and nobody would clean it up ! From the goodness of my Heart I paid the bill and gave them a 5 dollar tip.did not eat my food except part of the hash brown and one piece of toast.Got them to correct my daughters order and we got the heck out of there.will never go back to that Location.when we left the employees was begging the puker dudes friends to go back inside to clean up his vomit.wasted 25 dollars and left hungry and disgusted.better off to go to speedway next door and get a slice of pizza.what the heck.Yuckiest place I have ever been too and eat waffle house all the time ! Just not this Location.not to mention all the dirty plates and cooking stuff sitting on the counter in front of me.I have plenty of pictures and will post them on Facebook.waffle house located in beaumont center Lexington Kentucky next Sy speedway and Texas roadhouse.dont go there
