So I'll start with the service, that was the main issue and reason for my negative review. I'm not exaggerating anything I'm about to say. My girlfriend is mixed, my friend and his girlfriend is Puerto Rican. Let's start with the pep talk given to the obviously new server, to hone her profiling skills that will help her reveal "Tables who won't pay and camp out and stay". Out loud for the entire restaurant to hear, and I acted like I didn't hear anything being said about us. All 4 of us sober, my Girlfriend and I are staying in the hotel next Door and our friends car had broken down so it was close for them. They had to have their car towed and we went back to the hotel but planned on changing clothes and meet them back at the waffle House They met us sooner because " its not a race thing" but the drunk employee screaming slurs and claiming my friends are "homelessness, jobless,junkie, followed by several slurs." And kicked out in the cold even after we had eaten. Repulsive.Reat assure they literally just weren't hungry, the man is very well off and this place seriously has some front of House Manager issues for exusing their behavior, and I'm going to call corporate office and $Charles-Chappell-6If you want to buy them/us free lunch at the other location I think we can look past a few things. I'm not blackmailing I just refuse to deal with those people at this location EVER. R

Went in there for a pick up order. The staff was arguing with each other. They weren’t communicating and the atmosphere felt tense. I ordered a chicken sandwich specifically with NO CHEESE. I said lettuce tomato and onions only. When I got home and opened my sandwich the chicken sandwich only had cheese on it. It wouldn’t have been an issue if I didn’t specify but considering the waitress read my order back to me and even asked “So only lettuce tomato and onion, no cheese?.” I now have wasted an hour waiting for this food and now have no food to eat since I cannot eat cheese. Maybe take the time to care enough about your employees to train better and support them better to prevent things like this from happening.

I ordered biscuits and gravy and told the server to make sure the gravy was hot, well that failed, then my eggs came and they were cold , then the cook came over and put his knee on the seat and leaned over and said do we have a problem, I replied we do the food is cold , it had set on the cooks table for 10 minutes before it was brought to me , I will find another place to have breakfast

Waffle House...you need to intervene here. Watched the staff literally crawl from task to task. 230 pm is not a peak time. Every table dirty for the entire visit. I was there for an hour and there were tables empty and dirty the whole time. Plenty of Staff but waiting 20 mins for them to just clear a table. Order was wrong and waitress could not understand why. Ordered two orders of hb with cheese and onions and only one had cheese ?? Dirty and they did not care about anything.

Walked in only two tables where seated every table was dirty or had plates still on them then the sever was complaining about having to clean off tables. This is 130 on a monday store wasnt busy at all the servers where lazy
