When we came in, the lady at the counter said, "seat yourselves, it'll be a while." She got mad that we were even there. She was training someone and the trainee was really nice but she was pretty rude. It took a while to get our food.
I'm a Waffle House fan and the one on Richmond road is great. This one is so short staffed and under managed they can mess up the simplest of orders. I've worked for a Waffle House. Biscuits and gravy can be ordered as a side which is one biscuit cut in half A full order is two biscuits. I even clarified this when I ordered over the phone two full ordered so a total of four biscuits and two smothered hash browns and ended up with half of what I ordered for the same price.
