Ordered through the app. No greeting at order board. No one greeted me at window. Waited about 5 minutes at drive-thru window, during which time I saw 4 employees in the drive-thru area standing around and talking. Blonde gal kept taking her headset off and on. Food was shoved out the window at me. Had to ask for fork and knife for baked potato. No, "Have a nice day" or thanking me for stopping by. Buns on sandwiches were stale, burger was ice cold and looked as though it had been sitting around for a while. Baked potato had seen better days too. It was obviously microwaved. Tried to call store; however, it rang and asked for a pass code (I presume it is for employees). Wasn't given a receipt either.

This is the fifth time I’ve come to this location and you are out of potatoes at 7:30pm. You don’t close until 2am. It’s dinner time. You can obviously see that when you’re getting low on potatoes. YOU SHOULD BE COOKING MORE BEFORE THEY RUN OUT! Smh, that’s ridiculous.
I enjoyed coming here on the weekend mornings, today I had a free reward for a breakfast sandwich and the construction company working to rebuild the highway. Head cut through their Internet again, so the manager took it upon herself to not only give me the free sandwich I was going to order but my Meal free. Fastly improve service at this location, friendly staff and the food is always fresh and good thank you Wendy’s for helping an old fella out

11/6/2024 @ 2311. Female drive-thru attendant was very rude, so rude we decided against giving this place business. Female worker repeatedly said “What” in a nasty tone = totally unprofessional! To management whoever was working drive-thru tonight at the Sharkey Way location, needs to take customer service lessons.

Served me raw chicken. No apologies. No rush to do temp checks. Just acted like an entire filet of raw slimy chicken was no big deal. Called corporate who stated they were glad they were able to refund me. Because $2.75 is worth getting food poisoning or being hospitalized. My husband wanted me to give them another chance. It's been over a year. I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant. The bacon was raw. Like, visibly no doubt in my mind raw. How hard is it to give out COOKED FOOD.

Oh October, the 19th, about 10 PM. I came to this Wendy's. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but when I came to the window. To pay for it, I asked did it, put certain ingredients on it. The lady told me the. I should have said that when I ordered it. Because I would have to pay for extra ingredients. But she would do it this time when I got home and opened the sandwich, it looked nasty like was just through together, in a hurry it looked nasty. There was a penny size spot of cheese on it. No real cheese liquid spot of cheese. I wanted to go back but it was too far away from where I lived at if this is the kind of service that you get when you come to this restaurant. I'll never come back to that nasty establishment again. Thanks, but no thanks. They got $6 out of Me for this nasty chicken sandwich, which I didn't actually consume, it was terrible..

This is how they saved my food and had to be placed in a plastic bag thank goodness we had. Ordered the garlic nuggets and BBQ nuggets and they just threw them in the bag with no concern for their customers.
