Ordered sandwich and fries,asked for 2 BBQ sauces,was charged for each one. I understand making a profit,but unlimited ketchup but charging for sauce with meal is just petty.

I waited for 18mins in drive thru last night!!!!! I was blocked in by someone in front of me and behind of me or I would've pulled out it was absolutely ridiculous and the Fry's was even LUKE WARM AT BEST!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT Stop here, Or be sure to clear your schedule if so!!!!

i went to pickup my order because the doordash app had to me that it was ready. i get to the restaurant for pick up & the staff said i didn't have an order in the system, i drove back through the drive thru & they had suddenly saw that they did in fact have my order. got back home & went to get my food out & the Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag that i ordered was thrown in the bag recklessly with no wrap around the burger, the bun was extremely stale and hard & my food was cold. i'm am very disappointed & unsatisfied.

I go through the drive thru almost every weekday for lunch. The workers are always so friendly, specifically the two young men that work a lot. Always fast and have never had an order wrong for me. The smiles are a great part of my day!

HORRIBLE!!! Garbage service. They were absolutely rude to us and they were not polite. We ordered chicken nuggets, and by the time we came back home, WHERE WERE THEY???!! We payed 85 dollars! Completely cowards. I would never recommend this place ever again. The food was okay, but it’s like most wendys. Never eat at this horrible place.
It's sad but I didn't think to count the number of sad patties on my Jr. Baconator. Wish I had cause only got 1 patty... So... Dig threw your food everyone and count your items and what is supposed to be on it cause they apparently don't😞

Ordered through the app. No greeting at order board. No one greeted me at window. Waited about 5 minutes at drive-thru window, during which time I saw 4 employees in the drive-thru area standing around and talking. Blonde gal kept taking her headset off and on. Food was shoved out the window at me. Had to ask for fork and knife for baked potato. No, "Have a nice day" or thanking me for stopping by. Buns on sandwiches were stale, burger was ice cold and looked as though it had been sitting around for a while. Baked potato had seen better days too. It was obviously microwaved. Tried to call store; however, it rang and asked for a pass code (I presume it is for employees). Wasn't given a receipt either.

This is the fifth time I’ve come to this location and you are out of potatoes at 7:30pm. You don’t close until 2am. It’s dinner time. You can obviously see that when you’re getting low on potatoes. YOU SHOULD BE COOKING MORE BEFORE THEY RUN OUT! Smh, that’s ridiculous.
