I was there 03/23/24 on drive through, ordered 2 set of BIGGI BAG meal upgraded only fries to L but when I came home and found out that they gave me old microwaved fries. I was so mad I wish I could go back and throw it in front of them, but I was 10 miles away. I suggest everyone to check the quality of their food immediately or pulling on side. One of worst experiences ?

This is the worst location. The morning staff always have an attitude like you coming there and ordering anything is an inconvenience. I used to regularly go here for my cold brew but they never get the drink right. I’ve been to other locations and this is the only one the drink is terrible. So I stopped coming here for anything. Richmond Rd. Wendy’s is the best and gets all of my service now

We stopped by the Tuesday (02/20 6:10pm) in the drive-thru. Wrong order but the food was decent. Consistently, this location keeps things in the acceptable range but the lady working the first window was awful. Rushed us through our order, put it in incorrectly, and was quite rude. No greeting or thank you despite us being polite and patient as we know it's a busy and frustrating gig.This behavior is unacceptable and I hope this individual has these issues addressed so that this behavior does not continue and we can feel welcome when making a visit instead of being perceived as a burden for rendering services.

Today, 2/6/24 at 4:35pm I went through the drive thru. There are six people in my family so I warned the lady at the drive thru it would be a large order. We've ordered similarly at this and other locations previously with no issues. Her tone was rude initially and after every sandwich she asked if it was a combo meal. None of our order was combo meals. As I was finishing she interrupted me and asked if I was done with my order because they were too busy to deal with me.There was one car in the drive thru ahead of me and 5 cars in the parking lot, only one of those appeared to be another customer.I responded courteously until this point but lost patience, responded rudely and left without ordering.She has no business working with the public.

Never open. They keep the lobby closed half the day so you literally have to use the drive through. You won’t notice until you need to grab something at 10 am sat-Sunday morning and they aren’t even open. Where’s the management?

It would be great if they had some vegan choices. I'm allergic to dairy & there's nothing I can eat that doesn't make me have an allergic reaction. Otherwise, food is pretty decent.
