Slowest drive thru of any Wendy’s in Lexington, there is a non slip mat in the entrance that is not properly secured on the floor and you will slip and fall if you are not careful

Food is standard as is any Wendy’s. Customer service is a hit or miss. Sometimes you will get friendly and sometimes they will be very rude. But every time you visit you will be waiting at 10-15 minutes for your order.

I hadn't been inside a Wendy's restaurant in a long while. They had remodeled which was a definite improvement. Our service and food was good.

We were at the drive through and were asking a question and the woman on the intercom was super rude and talked down to us and interrupted us a lot. Worst customer service I’ve ever received at a fast food place ever. How about next time just be nice. We left without getting our food because we were not gonna be talked to like that. I almost called the store to complain but decided to leave a review instead.

I ordered ahead via the app and the food was ready at the quoted time. The food was typical of a Wendy's. I thought the outside layout was very strange. To get to the front door you have to cross in front of the drive thru traffic. The food pickup spot is right inside the left entry door.

Placed a mobile order for two Jr hamburgers plain went to go pick up the order both Jr hamburgers had cheese on them. Went back inside to the restaurant to have them fix the order. They got one of the Jr hamburgers right plain just meat and The bun the second one was not correct. It had cheese, ketchup, mustard, and bacon on it. I went back inside for the second time. Ask them to fix that one once again they messed it up. The second burger had cheese, ketchup, mustard, and bacon on it. How many times does it take to get somebody’s order correct should be one time not 100. I do not think I will be at this restaurant anytime soon in the near future.

This place has some of the worst customer service and management I’ve ever experienced. It seems like they don’t really care about how the employees treat customers, and it shows. Definitely never going back!

After ordering a Asiago sandwich with no bacon, I chewed up some bacon despite my beliefs. I picked off the bacon but couldn’t finish the sandwich as the chicken was the chewiest chicken that ever chickened. I’m beyond dissapointed & dissatisfied.
