I always look for some good Greek/Mediterranean food whenever I travel. I traveled to Lexington this week and found Zaki before I left town. I got a gyro wrap and an order of the stuffed grape leaves. It was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed EVERY bite! I only wish I lived closer, so I could eat there more frequently.
My family, and I just found this place.
All 5 of us are DELIGHTED.
We almost didn’t stop, because we were expecting a big building. THANK GOD, we took a chance and went in!
This food was nothing short of AMAZING.
The owner was beyond hospitable, the food was fresh, the kitchen was clean (97% recent Health Inspection) the prices were reasonable and the quantity of food was double portioned!

I ordered Zaki catering for a 50-person event. The owner was very nice and easy to work with! The food was very good and economical for the amounts we received. The chicken shawarma, falafel, hummus, salad, and tahini sauce was all delicious, especially the rice with mediterranean spices, almonds, and dates was awesome!

This very friendly little place features a cozy outdoor nook for dining. The food is flavorful and fresh, tasting authentic to the Middle East. The chicken shawarma was excellent, and this place has been described as a hole in the wall with good food. Hummus and pickles are always must-haves, with the hummus being creamy and the pickles nice and crunchy. Reasonable prices and generous portions make the drive worthwhile for this gem of a restaurant.
