Worst Zaxby’s by far. Took 15 minutes for 3 sandwiches while others waited longer then got 2 of 3 orders wrong. No napkins in dispenser. Only seemed to be two people working.

Food was good as usual with Zaxbys. Service was good as well. My complaint is with Zaxbys sauce options though. You get one sauce for free but have to pay for additional sauces. I got 4 tenders but one sauce. Come on, that's not enough.

Great food again, but pulled iss up to wait 5 minutes, def took longer, asked if ranch was in the bag, guy said yes, we pm get down the road and no ranch and no eating utensils.
Overall my experience was good. The staff was extremely friendly. My fries and chicken fingers were great and I appreciated the variety of dipping sauce options. However, my traditional wings were cold. Not just room temperature...cold. I will say that I met my husband for lunch here because it is close to his work. This was my first time at this location but he does go here semi often. When I mentioned it to him he said "They usually do really good". Maybe it was a one off?

For the most part, Zaxby's is good. It seems the prices have gone up considerably. Basically a salad and drink is about $14 which seems ridiculous, but also fairly typical.

We visited a friend that stays in Lexington. We had nothing to eat prior so we stopped in to grab a bite before driving back to Cincinnati. We immediately began to experience diarrhea and later vomiting.

First (and last) time visit and it was a bad impression. $10 for 5 tiny dried up chicken wings that were difficult to chew. Felt like I got ripped off. Not sure why you guys aren't making great food when you barely have any business compared to raising canes. You should pay attention and make a good impression on customers to make them want to return. Your ripping me off and cheating me with bad quality food will makes you lose any future business from me.
