Great variety of food but a little on the pricey side. The free bread sticks where a little stale this visit, but they are free. The cheese cake is a must. I don't think I've ever had anything off the menu that I didnt like. You get huge portions and will definitely have left overs. The Pizza isn't great, the Stromboli and Calzones are where its at.
Chef changed up a dish for me bc couldn’t find exactly what I wanted and it was delicious. But bummed they don’t have the original Italian bread they used to serve

We took a large school group last minute and they were able to feed and water 41 people in an hour! This team is so amazing! Thank you!

Dino's is good. The food, the service, the selection and the prices all are within what I consider an acceptable range. They even allow people to use their back room for things such as memorials, and to me, that within itself, deserves our business.

After taking time to reflect on our last visit on December 21, I feel it’s important to share this experience. We were there to pick up a take-out order.
My husband and I have been loyal regular customers for more than five years, but over the past year we’ve noticed a steady decline in both customer service and food quality.
Teenage front-of-house staff appeared more focused on their phones than on seating customers, providing menus, or assisting with take-out orders. When customers asked for help, staff rolled their eyes and acted annoyed.
When we first arrived, I overheard a man—who I later learned was the manager—speaking harshly to what appeared to be another older customer or possibly an employee, telling them they were “not important.”
My husband calmly attempted to speak with that same manager about the dismissive treatment we were experiencing. Rather than listening or addressing the concern, the manager dismissed him and supported the staff’s behavior.
The situation escalated when several teenage employees began acting in a coordinated, mocking manner, taunting my husband and chanting “you’re getting kicked out” and “we don’t want your money.”
My husband is hard of hearing and a disabled U.S. Marine Corps veteran. When I tried to de-escalate and explained his disability, the manager stated, “People with disabilities like your husband need to stay home,” and explicitly said they did not want our business.
Given prior food issues—including sour tomato sauce and hair found in our food—this experience confirmed a serious decline in standards. Customer complaints are clearly not welcome here.
The one bright spot to come out of this experience was discovering The Gondolier—an Old World, NYC-style Italian restaurant with authentic food, warm hospitality, veteran discounts, and proudly operated by a military family. The homemade sauce and fresh-baked dough were outstanding. This restaurant was a reminder that true hospitality still exists—great food, generous portions, and service that makes you feel valued the moment you walk in, and we will absolutely be back.

One of the top spots to eat in London. Would recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner. I haven't had any food that I would not recommend. The service is always wonderful.

I haven't had such bad service in many years. Waitress was acting so frazzled, unprofessional and slow. The restaurant wasn't busy. I watched her and she had three tables. Food was good but if service is like that I don't ever want to go back.
