I went to this restaurant thinking that they would have some good calzones because I absolutely LOVE some good Italian food. To my great despair, my calzone was absolutely DISGUSTING. The middle was so thick with pepperoni stacked atop of itself , It didn’t even look like anybody had even ATTEMPTED to spread it across the calzone itself. The other food I’ve had here in the past was pretty good, but if you come here for calzones STEER CLEAR!!! However all the servers were a delight and super kind. Just sad my calzone cravings could not be fulfilled.

This was the worst calzone I’ve ever had in my entire life. I did not enjoy any second of eating this calzone I got about four bites in and I was throwing up. I had the Philly cheesesteak calzone. This was the thickest calzone ever. It looked amazing but there’s more it was absolutely disgusting. I cannot believe they would serve this to humans. This isn’t even worthy to be served to a prisoner or a dog or a cat or a cow or a pig, etc. etc. all in all if you’re coming for the calzone stay home and don’t even think about it

I love Gondolier. I've got to be honest and say that though I have eaten here for years, I've never tried any entree except pizza. Why? Because it's just that good. I'm sure everything is fantastic, but I can't get past the pizza! The food, the service, the atmosphere.... Great! And the desserts? They are next level! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone and everyone, and will be back many more times. Great place!

The staff have always been friendly and prompt. The food is good and hot but the dont put enough ham in the Hawaiian pizza type things. It's clean and 3% discount when you pay in cash.

First of all, I have to say our server was the sweetest. The calamari was well seasoned, a bit soft but still good. I wasn't the biggest fan of the bread. The chicken noodle soup was amazing! Homemade noodles, a thick broth, very good. We both had the chicken stir fry for entrees. The chicken chunks were too big for me, but if you got a small one, they were well seasoned. The sauce on the rice and veggies was good as well. The best part was the tiramisu -- which we got a free portion of! Shout out to the owner! Overall the service was very pleasant, but the food was a solid 6/10.

Stopped in on road trip because 1 of my daughters is allergic to soy and they make their own crust and the girls loved their personal cheese pizzas. The service was great and everyone in the restaurant was nice and accommodating and def would stop here again.

First the little old lady that was serving, waiting on me was really nice, sweet very respectful and responsive. Friendly atmosphere when you walk in, beautiful cake display. Complementary bread sticks that was just crunchy no flavor, tomato dipping sauce was good. Chicken Alfredo was bad no flavor in the sauce, little to no flavor with the grilled chicken. i ended my meal with a slice of Italian cream cake it was better than the meal, fresh and huge portion. Over all I paid $30.38 for my meal
I feel I paid $20 too much.

Last few times I have got tiramsu has not been good. They use to have the best. Just got a piece to go today and it tastes old and just not good. Really disappointed, I probably will not be getting it anymore.

The waitress was excellent, but the cook was new and didn't get my order right. It happens. Overall, the staff and food was excellent.

Worst Italian food I've ever had. Ate here twice, the second time not by my choice. Pizza is disgusting and so is the sampler I tried. Maybe decent food if you were hammered drunk I guess. Costs wayyyy too much.

The food we experienced on 5/29/26 was, without question, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a very long time.

Let’s start with the calamari. It was tougher than the tires on my semi truck. Ironically, it was also the best-tasting item of the evening.

The problems continued from there. The soda was flat, and the fruit punch my son received tasted watered down and diluted. My wife’s Alfredo was swimming in a thin white liquid rather than the rich, creamy sauce you’d expect. My Tour of Italy was barely edible. The cheese tasted heavily processed and lacked both flavor and texture.

Overall, nearly everything we were served tasted processed and pre-made. I would be surprised if much of the menu is prepared fresh in-house. It felt more like food that was ordered in, heated up, and served. The bread was the only item that seemed fresh.

The one bright spot of the evening was our server, who was attentive and professional throughout the meal. This review is not a reflection of their service.

No, I didn’t complain to management while I was there. That’s just not something I typically do. However, after spending good money on dinner for my family, I felt it was fair to share my honest experience. This was my first and last time wasting hard earned money at this establishment.
