Tried to order a pizza online and the app was messed up. I called into the store and placed my order. When I went into the store I asked if they could honor the online price since the app was broken. The manager proceeded to aggressively throw his pizza cutter while talking to me. Cashier was nice, manager was an idiot.
Fix your ovens, every other time we order, the pizza has a barely cooked bottom. I'm guessing you either shut off the lower heating element or it doesn't work half the time. Fix it as it's annoying eating nearly half raw pizza.
We walked in to our London Papa John's to order 2 pizzas yesterday evening July 28, 2023..,We explained that we couldn't place our order online because of the app having issues and decided to walk in. .the employee behind the counter said they are only taking Internet and phone orders because they are under staffed. So he said I can't sell you a pizza. We won't be back!
