Thankful for barista's who were able to get me hooked up right at closing time. I had a 3-hour drive plus trip to head to Nashville Tennessee that night right after Starbucks closed. So I'm thankful for the caffeine they got me through the night for the trip.

My issue is the wait time when you go inside. I was told the online orders get made first. I did customer service for over 25 years, orders should be filled in the order they're received, not according to how the order is taken.
