I enjoy eating here but I cannot stand that the girl was taking my order with her AirPods in and completely ignores what I’m saying because she’s listening to something else getting my order wrong.
Had a new girl working the register....alone. She didn't have a clue. Pictures of what I was supposed to get vs. what i got. Order was also missing food.
I was staying in London this evening and came to this McAlisters Deli to grab a bite to eat. The place looked almost new and everything was nice and clean. The young lady who took my order and brought it to me was very pleasant and answered my questions politely. The sandwich and potato soup that I ate tasted great. McAlister's Deli is a welcoming restaurant with friendly staff and a kid-friendly atmosphere. The menu features delicious options like the French Dip and garden salad, which are consistently well-prepared. The establishment maintains clean facilities and strives to provide a pleasant dining experience for all customers, including those with accessibility needs. Customers enjoy the tasty tortilla soup, spicy turkey melt, and vegetarian chili. The customer service is great, with staff like Logan and Noah being accommodating. While some customers have had good experiences, even late at night, one customer was disappointed with the watery potato soup and lack of a pickle. Overall, McAlister's Deli provides a satisfying dining experience for its customers.
