Had to order at cashier order on the kiosk is junk kicked my app out again must sign in over and over it is toast STICK YOUR PHONE APP .....WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE
The manager was extremely kind and went above and beyond to make our order complete. The mountain dew wasn't working and we just asked for another drink. He not only gave us the other drink but once he fixed the mountain dew station, he gave us a mountain dew on top of it.
Good food!

Taco Bell in London, Kentucky is a consistently clean and reliable restaurant that serves fresh, high-quality food. The menu offers a variety of options, including the popular 5-layer burrito and grilled steak burrito. The staff is friendly, and the service is efficient, though some customers prefer the traditional face-to-face ordering experience over the self-service kiosks. The restaurant's convenient location, ample parking, and accessibility features make it a suitable choice for a wide range of diners, including families with children and individuals with disabilities. However, recent updates mention construction that makes getting in and parking tricky, and some issues with the speaker system at the drive-thru. Customers have also noted that toppings on tacos can be skimpy, and special instructions like "on the side" may be ignored by team members. Despite these minor inconveniences, many find it a good place for vegetarian options, with meatless tacos available, and appreciate the friendly staff with children. The restaurant also provides calorie and carb information for those with dietary restrictions.
