“I wanted to give a shout out to the store on S. Laurel Rd in London, KY, especially the young lady working the counter, Katara. This team was working seamlessly during a snow storm to take care of there customers. Katara was slammed with customers and DoorDash pick ups from the moment we walked in the door, but she took care of everyone quickly and was as nice as could be. This staff deserves all the praise!“

“As with any fast food the employee turnover is pretty high, we had a very good experience the gentleman although he didn't have all the answers took the time to find out the food was very good as this is one of the Wendy's where you can watch them cook the burger being off the interstate it wasn't that busy we got our food very quick with a smile made the way we wanted it I would recommend this“
