“The best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! Great service, amazing food quality, and my order was accurate. If I could re-visit, I totally would. I recommend this location to those who enjoy above standard fast food service. My food was hot, and my order wasn’t messed up, even with certain specifications within it. Finally, I want to put an emphasis on the “great service” that I mentioned. The workers are very kind and inviting, making the experience all the much more enjoyable.“

I frequent the Wendy’s on Boardwalk in Lexington, and I have to say the night shift team here is truly amazing. Every time I visit late at night, the service is quick, friendly, and consistent.
There are two ladies who usually work the drive thru, and even though I’m not sure of their names, they absolutely deserve recognition. They always go above and beyond to make sure orders are right, and they handle busy nights like pros, all while staying polite and upbeat.
It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it makes a big difference. Thanks to this hardworking night crew for always delivering great service, you all are appreciated!“

“Came by and no ice cream, but they fixed my order! And a sandwich was missing, but they also fixed that too! I understand running out of things and forgetting items, I work in food service, so grace and understanding are ALWAYS appreciated! Be kind!“

“Dawn single handedly keeps this restaurant above water. She is amazing. Super kind and helpful. She actually cares about her job and the customers experience unlike most people in there. If I go while she’s not working it is straight up inedible. That women needs a raise or promotion for what she does for this place.“

“I stopped at this Wendy's to pickup 3, $6 Biggie Bags for an afternoon lunch at the park (total with tax was $19 and some chamge). We received fast and polite service and not only was our order correct, but it was also hot and fresh after the few minutes drive to a local park. Great value!“

“Fast and friendly service at drive thru. The csr did not ask for any round ups or upgrades on order. No one else in drive thru, was pulled up for one wrap sausage meal. Despite the awkwardly friendly staff, the food is decent, but the wait for food is always there.“

He keeps the team organized, the atmosphere positive, and everything running smoothly during busy hours. You can tell he leads by example and treats both employees and customers with respect. “Ordered here for lunch the other day and I must say, the staff was beyond friendly and my order was perfect! Received everything and it was hot and fresh. Only downside is it's a little confusing figuring out how to get to the restaurant, so here's a pro tip: go through City BBQ next door to get to the entrance to Wendy's! Will definitely eat here again on my lunch break.“

“Such a great Wendy’s!! The staff is very friendly, especially the manager! He is very kind every time I go inside. I suggest going inside because you will be treated with kindness and wont feel like ur just another customer. Although their parking lot is small and hard to navigate, they are quick to serve you and keep the line moving.“
