This place was something else. Out of everything I tried to order. Not sure what anyone was thinking when they posted they have fantastic cocktails. Because this place don’t have nothing fantastic! Whiskey sour with cherry syrup? In a bourbon town?? What???? Where’s the dark maraschino cherries? Where’s the whisked egg white? WTH??? Their award winning chili that was on the specials menu they handed to me was non existent. No one in here. Tell me you don’t have it before you hand it to me as it’s got the biggest headliner on your menu! I paid for my drink and left. I’ll go back to checks

Would not have any idea regarding food. My husband and I sat for at least 15 minutes with not one person coming to the table. To welcome us or take our drink order.I would have been more understanding if the place was packed with folks , but with a few people drinking at the bar and no one sitting at the tables but two other couples.I will not go back to this establishment

Really enjoyed theyre bartender savannah who sings and bartends! And has cool hair! Always a pleasure. Me and my wife traveled from Miami and came all the way back there one weekend and came back just to that bar to see her, always a good vibe! She also stays on top of making sure we were served while making sure other customers were happy! Will always come back when where in town to come see her sing! Her and Travis are the best bartenders! I recommend you to go watch the bartenders sing and rock it out! Jorge makes very good wings as well if you’re looking for a good wing joint in Louisville!

Went here at 9pm. Saw employees around bar but door was locked. I think the owner needs to hire people that don't keep customers locked out while they stand around getting paid to do nothing.

Attended the Schnitzelburg Citizen of the year event honoring my uncle, Ed Hulsman. They served a wonderful German Dinner.

Place has gone down hill in 8 months.Food is dry and mediocre, using kraft cheese slices that won't melt onto the burger, and they charged me $35 extra dollars for who knows what because they thought I was drunk. I'm sorry, a single meal item, a side and a soda shouldn't cost $65. They even got the side item wrong.
