Horrible wait times. No care in the world to make an order right anymore. This place was amazing when they first opened. Starbucks will always win. This place had gone down hill bad. Waiting in a line you can’t get out of for 20 mins for coffee is crazy.

sweet angel in the drive thru poured my (free bc of points) milkshake into a new cup for me since there was a sizeable chunk of ice. she even offered to remake it but i wasn’t that worried about it (again, free). she put in that work pouring it out and she’s literally just the swaggiest for that yall and the milkshake is bomb

I always go 7 brew get my drink Blondie Chiller today my drink was terrible and when I told them, can you change it to a different one that would be very rude and the drink was so bad at one point I wanna ask them to refund my money. I don't think I will go back again employee, they don't know what they're doing. The manager was terrible. She couldn't even fix it. All she had was an excuse.

We absolutely love this location and our girlies (specifically T)! We go out of our way to come each morning because it’s worth it! No better way to start the day than with a 7 Energy and smiles from our 7B friends!

So I go to this 7 Brew absolutely every day I tip every time I come. I don’t make a fuss, when they refuse to take orders and sit in the back talking and laughing And it takes 30 minutes to get through the drive-through so today I had to work at seven I come in for the bracelet. I buy three large drinks this shift lead who is one of the worst ones about standing around and not doing anything then tells me that she can’t give me the bracelet because I’m 15 minutes early that’s petty and rude and not good client service. I am a manager in retail much Higher volume than a seven brew, I would never treat a client like that ever it’s not what you do for your loyal customers. The management used to be good. They used to be fast and efficient, and now you are lucky if they even come out to take your order before you were at the checkout stand. I know it’s just a bracelet, but I love seven brew so I really wanted it. Now I may have to go back to Starbucks.

Came yesterday for my mom's birthday drink I bought her. It was a large half and half tea with extra peppermint. It had mostly ice and they did full sweet. She is diabetic. We have been here a handful of times and never had a drink like this before. It was just bad that it was fully sweet when I said half and half and made sure to explain that it was half sweet and half unsweet. Why did I tip? I tipped for the worker who had to be outside, that tip better have gone to her and not the person who made my drink because it was a joke. Again, never any issues until yesterday and it was just not good at all.

takes way too long. should have more than one person taking orders if the line is wrapped around the building.
Waited in line for 45 minutes and they gave me the wrong drink. Didn’t realize until I left and I couldn’t get a new one because I didn’t want to wait another hour. They don’t give you a receipt, or repeat your order back to make sure they got it right so the order is wrong like 50% of the time. But the drinks are good so it’s not like you can just stop going 😠

Hurstbourne Lane Louisville KY location. I ordered coffee here on 1/17/26 between 5:45-6:00 pm
Do not trust them to get your order right. I am lactose intolerant and I ordered half sweet with oatmilk and did not recieve oatmilk or half sweet. The place was completely operated by all teenagers. Lactose makes me sick and I will not return to this location. Also, I waited 15 minutes just to receive a coffee I couldn't drink, and I couldn't go back and try to fix it because I had movie tickets and was already late.

Drinks are always great, even when I pick terrible mixtures. The folks are always friendly. I feel terrible for them out in the weather when it's cold or wet!
