This is one of the worst 7 brews I have been to. It would be quicker for me to drive to another one then go to this one which is on my way to the expressway. Three cars in front and it takes 20+ minutes to even start to order. It’s crazy. Just find another one to go to.

This place used to be great, now you can’t make it through the drive thru in under 20 minutes. Yesterday I only had 3 cars ahead of me and it took 24 minutes. No one was taking orders beforehand, 1 girl was handing out and taking orders for both lanes, while other people were inside talking to each other. Then today the girl in the right lane was at least going and taking the order of the car behind the first one, while the girl on the left side went in and talked to people. One of those people was all bundled up like she should have been outside taking orders. It isn’t just me my daughter said the same thing. Now you are out of tall straws again and I don’t know if that’s a company issue, or because this particular location isn’t great at doing their ordering. I don’t know if it’s under new management or what is going on, it’s the only 7 brew on my way to work, and I now have to leave my house at least 15 minutes earlier than before, because this place has made me late. I mean once you are in line you can’t get out. And the occasional times they come take your order before hand you have already paid. I wouldn’t are if it was an actual short staff issue, but when you pull up and a bunch of people are standing around talking it isn’t a good look. I don’t know if you have a new Manager or what but they need to get their house in order. Signed by a Retail Manager.

I thought there were always cars wrapped around this place because it was good. I quickly found out when I went to try it, that it was because their service was supper slow. I have been twice just to make sure it wasn't a fluke the first time. I waited in line a just like everyone else but I guess I picked the wrong line. There were 3 cars the got to the drive through after me and got served before I placed my order. The person taking the order has no awareness of who pulls into the drive through first. The mocha that I ordered the first time was nothing special and I will not be going back. Horrible.

Waiting 30 minutes for coffee is ridiculous, but it’s good. A little more organizing is needed for the line ordering process at peak times, 3 cars got their order taken even though they came after.

I had a great experience with the 7brew on poplar level road the service was quick and the coffee was great. The staff was extremely friendly especially Stella who chatted with me while my order was being made. I had a great experience and will definitely come back
