VERY disappointed lately. 5 years ago they were bad. I gave up on them. Food was dry as if it had been sitting out all day. Liked jerky chicken, Hot & Sour soup was only very, very spicy. Tasteless, and as if it had had water added to the pot to stretch it out, one too many times. I came back to them about 2 years later, hearing they had a new chef. For approx 2 more years, food was wonderful, flavorful, fresh, and delicious. Approx 1 year ago, were back to dried out, leathery meats. Someone VERY heavy handed with, Cayenne pepper of all things, and the phone for the last 2 nights? Unanswered. I know they started closing Monday nights, but this is ridiculous. I've also noticed the new person (an american)answering the phone and taking either pick up or delivery orders? Is very, very unprofessional. Seems to intentionally speak so low, you can't hear her, this is when you've re established for the 5th time in one call she IS speaking to you and not someone there, which was happening too. So I'm done. I give up. I've been terrified of getting food poisoning anyways. I've given it three chances in the last couple months. No change. Horrible horrible horrible. I'm done, and won't be back. I will say the delivery driver has always been very nice. Timely and courteous over the years.
