i follow a blogger on youtube that travels the world. he is visiting Ethiopia and through watching it learned that Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. So i googled Ethiopian coffee shops in Louisville and found Abol cafe. visited today and had some pour over coffee, it was the best coffe i've ever had, and i have tried coffee everywhere!!!! believe me when I say this place has the best Coffee around. This place more than exceeded my expectations of Ethiooian Coffee!!!!...
My son introduced me to the coffee Thursday when he brought some home with him and introduced me to the actual Cafe today. The proprietor is amazing! The food and the coffee are beyond compare. I’ll definitely be returning!
This was my wife and I third time going to Abol. The fava beans, cracked egg and chickpea stew were all so delicious. But the star of the show is their clay pot coffee. The presentation and coffee service was elegant and the tables and decor was very authentic and charming. All three times we have been there has been no customers. It is such a shame that Starbucks and other big chain crappy coffee have lines out the door and horrible customer service. No excuse when there are...
