The food here is really good! The wonton nachos were awesome, and the taco flight is a great option to try multiple different tacos. Prepare to get messy, because the tacos are so loaded up they're impossible to pick up and eat without getting taco toppings everywhere. Service was lovely, and the drink I got was very good as well.

Plus they just recently updated their menu so even if you've been here before come again snd try their new items!! Great vibes and amazing outdoor seating, can't go wrong if you're looking for good food and even better people!!

We visited on a Saturday night about two hours before closing. When we entered, the host stand was unattended, dark, and there were no signs indicating where to wait. After walking through the restaurant, we asked an employee whether we should seat ourselves and were told to choose a table.
A staff member offered to clean off the only available table in the active dining section. When another employee returned and learned which table we had chosen, she commented in front of other customers that there were plenty of other clean tables we could have picked and did so in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional.
We chose to leave and dine elsewhere. We did not speak with management because we were hungry and simply wanted to enjoy our evening. While this may have been an isolated interaction, the experience was enough that we decided not to stay.

This restaurant has been in the Highland/NuLu area for 5+ years now and although I live in the area, I haven't been in 3-4 years. After dinner last night, I know why. The food was mediocre at best and the drinks were crazy over priced. Let's start with the drinks - I ordered their rif on an Old Fashioned which the menu states is made with 1792 bourbon. When I order it, our waitress (who was super kind) informs me that it's actually being substituted with Benchmark. I'm sorry, but this is Kentucky and Benchmark is not a suitable substitute for 1792 - particularly if you are not reducing the price of the drink (listed at $14). Then we order guacamole and chips. The chips were wayyy too salty and the guacamole had too much lime juice. Not the refreshing app that we had in mind. Then comes the corn fritters which had good flavor but we're not cooked through and were gummy in the middle. The tacos that we ordered had decent flavor but were room temperature at best. The tortilla shells were cold and the corn was raw. I can somewhat understand if the restaurant was slammed but between inside and outside there may have been half a dozen tables occupied. There are way too many restaurants in Louisville to think this quality of food is acceptable.
