Aji Sushi and Asian Cuisine

I ordered the Japanese curry with the chicken katsu and fried rice and crab Rangoon roll and it was all delicious.

The Kimchi soup is seriously the best soup I've had in my life. It has so much flavor and I always crave it when I'm sick or need comfort. The Yaki Soba and Yaki Udon are easily the best in Louisville, so rich with flavor and not too spicy. If I weren't on a no carb/low salt diet, I'd eat here every week.

Aji sushi has excellent food. All their sushi rolls are delicious and beautifully prepared and displayed. The staff are friendly and helpful. All around one of my favorite restaurants. They also have boba tea in various flavors. My favorites are the mango and the honeydew.

Ten out of ten!

This place is one of our local favorites. Clean with a quiet and friendly atmosphere. With great food and sushi, it's a place my family has been frequenting for a few years now.

We have ordered from here a few times off Door Dash and it never disappoints! Today we decided to eat in and wow even better if that is possible!!! Great fast, friendly service too!! It’s a must try!!!

We were given a salad qhead of ou meal. It was fresh and refreshing. The beef pho was good! It had a great flavor and really didn't need much added. The pho automatically comes with meatballs. The shrimp and crab roll was delicious and fresh. The taro boba was good, but the strawberry was not.

Hidden Gem

The Bento box was delicious 😋. The floors are sticky. I did not like walking on them. But all in all was pretty good.

Was hungry and happen to stumble upon this gem of a place we were driving by and was pleasantly surprised. Service was speedy and attentive, and the food was great! (Loved the music playlist)

Originally, we tried to go to Sumo, and after we got seated, we waited 10 mins in a non crowded restaurant and was never offered a drink. We left and ended up driving 20 minutes away to Aji. I believe it was written in the stars that we were meant to find this place. There was one car in the parking lot, and when we walked in, they sat us immediately. They brought our drinks, and the waiter even realized that my cup was leaking on the table before I did. He was apologetic, took it away, wiped the table, and brought a new drink. After ordering, the miso soup came out about a minute later. Less than 5 minutes our appetizers, and then our food. I got primarily sushi, but my husband got teriyaki chicken, and we thought it would take longer, but it came out before my Salmon Don (which was DELICIOUS). I tried the Tuna Tataki, which i fell in love with!!! My husband said the crab ragoon was the best he has ever had!!! 😋 I could be wrong, but it was like they used real crab meat, and there was more crab than cream cheese. The waiter was doing multiple jobs, sitting people and passing out to go orders. I'm so glad we found this place and will definitely be going back next time we go to Louisville!

The food is excellent. Always fresh and piping hot. It's never busy at lunch, so service is attentive and quick. I don't get much variety, but others have gotten quite a variety and are always very happy. My one real gripe: I don't want the lunch combo. No salad/soup and no drink. The menu has my favorite item for $12. I always get hit with the $13 lunch combo charge. Nickel and diming me tends to A) lower the tip and B) have me consider other options.
