I enjoyed the time I spent at Akasha trying some of their beers. Both the bartender and the customers seemed really welcoming and friendly, and I had a few interesting conversations with them. The beers I tried were all sours, and they were delicious. The beer quality seemed high, and there were no off flavors. The gose and peach chiffon sour were very tasty, and I’d love to try their other beers someday. Next time I visit Louisville I’ll have to stop by again.
Good selection of craft beers especially some German beers. However, no food, smelled like dog inside. Noticed immediately when entering yet no dogs were present. Decor was cheap. Only one small tv in corner. This place could Be so much better. Disappointed.
Stopped in last week while visiting Louisville and was quite disappointed to find only three of their beers left on tap. Huge tap system and other reviewers shared photos of a large tap list, but it seemed like they were on the verge of closing. I did some research and saw photos of their event in March thinking that’s where all their beer went, but the photos then only had four beers listed.
