Let me start off by saying I don’t usually leave reviews regardless of how bad a place is. I go here quite often and it’s always been nothing but drug attics working here and it been slow and pretty bad service. I went here today tho and the waitress was strung out bad. She was kinda a taller crack head women with brown hair and she could barely function. She brought out my appetizer of wings and there was a hair in them. I asked for a new order and tried showing her the hair witch she said she couldn’t see so I had to pick it up off the wing and put it in her face. She then sends someone else out with the new order and they have zero sauce on them. To the owners this could be a good place just hire some people that are not strung out on drugs.

Kourtney and Haley were the Best Bartenders and Servers I have ever had. They were efficient, friendly and amazing at what they do. I’ll never go to another Bartender that isn’t Haley or Kourtney. The managers Joy and Roni are awesome too.

Extremely disappointed tonight with a DoorDash delivery. I ordered a half a slab of ribs and onion rings. The ribs were completely dried out and almost not edible. I’ve ordered them many times before and this is the first time that I have been completely disappointed. I wish I could get a refund because I really couldn’t eat the ribs at all. The onion rings were good, however, but that didn’t make for a good dinner.
Madison was our server. She was amazing. She took care of us from the moment we sat down. We didn’t have to wait long on apps or our entrees. She was checking in with us regularly and just did an amazing job. We will be coming back to have her as our server again and again.

We had a great time tonight at this Applebees. I’ve been coming here for years with my grandmother and I don’t think I’ve ever had such great service as the service Haley provided us tonight. She was attentive, kind, thoughtful and thorough. She made sure we had the freshest breadsticks and that everything from appetizers to drinks to food came out in a timely manner. The kitchen also did great this time (especially compared to the past few visits we’ve had here) our steak, pasta and apps were so yummy. Thank yall!!
Wheelchair accessibility: They have plenty of disabled parking and wheelchair ramps inside. But the doors are hard to open without help.
