Waited over a hour for ribs! They came out black and brunt!! I would have never brought them out to a table SPECIALLY to an older couple in there 80’s !!! My parents will never go back there again!!

Food was adequate, but service needs work. Please don't retrieve a customer's glass for refill by placing your index finger inside the glass. The atmosphere is relatively nice and the restaurant seems clean.

I gave 1 star because we went to eat lunch at about 12:30 and it was closed. No one in sight except the other customers that had come to eat lunch as well. The sign said they opened at 11am well it was 12:30 pm. My daughter tried to call but only got a recording. We drove around the back, and a lady walked all around the building, but all doors were locked. There were 3 cars parked on the side, so we knew someone was there and was not willing to let anyone in. It was there lost. We ended up going somewhere else. I love Applebee's but if they won't let people in they will end up closing for good so sad.

First time going to Applebee’s on Dixie Hwy. They had one waitress working, so the service was a bit slow. It wasn’t the waitress fault, at all. She did really well by herself. For the most part, the food was good. I wasn’t too fond of the Mac and cheese or mashed potatoes though. I’d say, try the wings. They were very good. Make sure you have patience with the waiters and waitresses. They do what they can.

I'm currently dining in with family members and the manager has a very unnecessary attitude because I asked for my ribs to be taken off my tab due to being burned. She then rolled her eyes and proceeded to snatch my plate from the table. Which is totally unnecessary.

We came in around 430 pm on Wednesday the 13th and we were seated in the bar area in a booth...We had the nicest waitress I don't remember her name but she was a young black lady and I want her to get kudos for being so very pleasant, she deserves it ♥️

Had a great business meeting at the Applebee’s on Dixie Highway. Brought back some old memories from 20 years ago. This used to be the place back then. edition of the lunch menu was a plus and had some great options.
