we was there last night and my grandma had got a 3 cheese penne and she didn’t find these why we were eating there but she got up today and ate her left overs and she found it in her food it was a piece of Metal thank god she found it. apple bees please do better.

Too many employees standing around doing nothing. Service was nice… when they finally get to you. More so a hang out place for the employees, than a business. The whole restaurant was empty upon my arrival. My food was finished, but was given to me cold because the employees were too busy talking to each other. The food was good, but waiting staff needs to be fired.

Had a late dinner got suggestions from our waiter and it was a 5star. Grill bourbon chicken&shrimp over a bed of mushrooms and onions with mash potatoes. It was really good, should of came with some veggies or a salad.

Service was very slow, food tasted ok but I got steak sandwich for dipping but bread was so soggy had to remove and eat on plate so much grease on plate fries were soggy wife had hamburger and fries said it was OK but not as impressive as other restaurants we have been to . Loud music as of in nightclub

Dropped in for national cheeseburger day and was glad I did. Got the special (bacon cheeseburger and fries). The burger was delicious and the fries were perfect, nice and crispy. My server (Katie) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I plan to return soon!!

Waiter was nice and apologetic. Ordered two appetizers and two meals. After 45 minutes, one appetizer (Spinach and Artichoke Dip) arrived half full. Ten minutes later, the two entrees came. They were decent. I never received my second appetizer and had it removed from my bill. It was still over $50 for the app, two dinners, and two drinks. I truly hate to say this due to people needing to have a place to work, but please avoid this location at all costs. No redeeming qualities. Once again, the server was nice, but that certainly doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience.

I have been bringing my family here for years and the last 4 visits we've had have had a horrible experience! The food is just not what we have come to enjoy and expect from Applebee's, the servers are a coin toss either you'll get a friendly helpful one or they'll be terrible and rude, I'm so sad and disappointed as this was our go to restaurant, just know if you come here be wary of the food 😞
