The grilled chicken crispy sandwich 🥪 was juicy and flavorful I mean it was absolutely delicious. The host young black lady. Her service was excellent very respectful and helpful. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to others to try. Fabulous experience 😁.

Food was just alright. Atmosphere was nothing special. I had to steal a ketchup bottle from another table. Service was severely lacking. Food wait time was very long, I assume the server was late putting it in to the kitchen. He seemed overwhelmed. Server visited table 3 times but never filled my drink, I had to request that after sitting it down kinda loudly while he was near. He looked at us, visited us again, but I still had to bring it to his attention. One of my friends asked for fry seasoning because the fries were underseasoned. He said the kitchen wouldn't do that, but eventually brought out the fry seasoning. Talked to the manager, she explained that he was from a slower store and wasn't used to the volume of this restaurant. A good manager wouldve been more cognitive of the situation and maybe helped assist the server. She did take a whopping $2.00 off our bill. Probably won't be back as it has been years since my last visit.

Only rating a 3/5 star, the food was good, our waiter ehh... really could use more focus on attentiveness. Took our order and special requests for our menu items correctly, however the waiter never returned until the end to give the bill. Even after approaching him to ask for more of something that took almost 20 more minutes to receive (mind you there were only maybe 6 other tables of patrons, and mulitple servers) Another waiter brought our food, and drinks while the original did anything and everything except tend to his tables until the bill. Overall I don't think we'll return to this location unfortunately.

I tried calling in my order and was on hold for 7 minutes so I hung up and called back , then I was on hold for 9 minutes and by that time I had arrived so I walked in with my phone still on hold and there was no won at the station and too boot the phone was laying there off the hook . So I asked to speak to the manager to tell her my experience and as I was telling her the employee interrupted and started telling the manager off . Me and another lady who had been waiting to add on her order were shocked to say the least . That girl would of been fired right there on the spot if it was me , and that's a fact.

This Applebees has steadily declined.Used to eat here alot.Place looks worn,dirty inside.Apathetic employees.Went last Friday,hamburger was mushy,inedible.French fries soggy,warm and undercooked.Wife had salad delivered with no dressing.Her drink a margarita was terrible and it was their top shelf margarita.It was half price because of happy hour and I suspect they substituted their cheap margarita.We only went there because it was 9pm and many places are closing.We had stopped going here pretty much due to bad prior experiences.Never enough help.Long wait times for food and service and substandard food.Even my Diet Pepsi was bad and they used to have wonderful fountain sodas.They really just need to close this location and let something better move in.Sad.Applebees for years was my FAVORITE place to eat.

Waitress was forgetful. Our food was delivered after the table arriving before us had been served, eaten, and left. It took o er an hour for the food to arrive. Also our drink order arrived late and was not what we ordered??? Not really sure why the service was so poor because the restaurant was not overcrowded for a Saturday night.
The steak was not flavorful, the broccoli and potatoes were very good. The service was a little slow, they seemed understaffed. The waitress was very nice.

I worked many years for Applebee's and there were really strict on cleanliness not only of the store and staff. Today I walked in and the person who seated us looked like she thre something on and ran with it. Sat us at a dirty table and when we asked for it to be cleaned she said I thought it was. Well showed her the food clearly on the table. Act like it was an inconvenience for her. Came wiped the table off and table is now soaked with food still on the back of the table. She walked off and didn't come back to dry it or anything. The Applebee's on Outerloop has went down hill and looks trashy. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! I will just drive an hour to the Applebee's in Clarksville Indiana. Their food is always hot and service is always great!

Was irritated, 2nd time I've come to this location in last 4 months. Sat at bat, 2 times now bartender got my salad dressing wrong. I get that they have to suggest items but if I say I want Italian dressing I want Italian . Bourbon Street steak was medium well when I ordered medium. Usually love Applebee's but have been very disappointed lately.

Probably the worst applebees location ive been to in the country not just once but multiple times. Slowest most careless servers. Everything's falling apart. Doors broken. Beer taps down. You can feel the wood through the booth seats. Whoever owns this location could care less about the service or appearance of the store. Sad.

I paid over 40 dollars for GARBAGE! 2 MEALS WE LITERALLY THREW IN THE GARBAGE! WONTON TACOS WITH NO CHICKEN! A STEAK THAT WAS CHICKEN! And a manager with the excuse they had one to go employee! Smh
