We were a party of 9 and the server DEJON was great, attentive, excellent customer service. It was Friday 2/7/25 arriving 7:30pm. The food wasn’t great however. I ordered the chicken fajita wrap, it was bland and the chicken tasted like it was heated in the microwave. It was diced chicken not a fresh grilled chicken breast that was more lettuce and tomato than chicken and it was cold. The mashed potatoes were delicious and fresh. The horse salad was horrible. They didn’t have milk or ice cream to make the Oreo cookie shakes 3 of the children requested. The others in my party enjoyed their meals however. I just know never to order the fajita wrap or house salad again.

Worst customer service ever!! Went to get my pick up order. Guy at the counter said I’m not on the clock yet for another 5 mins I can’t help you. Puts his down and goes back to his phone. Umm what?!? Then get someone that is on the clock and can help me! Couldn’t even ask for someone to help me. Pure laziness!!

Really cold inside the building. Big clucking sandwich does not look like commercial at all. Location does not currently have a liquor license so stuck at bar eating small chicken sandwich in cold restaurant. Doubt I'll be back

Waited 40 mins just for appetizer and forgot my kids drink. Three employees went on break eating while leaving one server. Then when servers were in kitchen you could hear them yelling and cussing. We left.

Didn't know Caesar salads came with Buffalo sauce on the croutons. Place smells like stagnant water. Tells me what the kitchen looks like. I would avoid.
The pickup order I got the last time was fine, I was just curious why Applebees doesn't currently serve beer and alcohol? I've ordered pickup twice within the last couple of months and both times the signs are on the door saying Applebees is currently not serving beer/alcohol. ????
