They close at 10pm per Google passed by 9:15 on Shelbyville road missed the place because all the lights were off Arby's lights parking lot lights off so I said maybe they're ready to go home 45 minutes before closing time so I didn't turn around . Keep ur lights off and u lose business.

Kamiya didn't seem to enjoy her job was quickly annoyed with my question regarding any kind of deals or promotions Makes me sad because I used to work there and the staff were so friendly now we have people like kamiya running the register hope she sees this and changes her attitude at work if you don't like it quit

I've always been happy with this location but today Kimberly has just gone above and beyond in providing great customer service.
My wife and I have an ongoing bet whether this arbys is open when we come. And it is never open. Says 930 am, its 10am not open. There are cars in the parking lot all doors are locked. I witnessed a few weeks ago an employee arrive there after the restaurant was supposed to be open. She appeared to be waiting for a manager that could open the door for her to start her work day. Noone came, she eventually walked next door and got some thing to eat and sat and waited. We left what is going on.

I can't really leave a review about food because I didn't get any food. I drove up to the Shelbyville Road Arby's at about 9:15pm. My Alexa said that it was due to close by 10:00 p.m. So I got there about 9: 30pm and it was closed all the lights turned off. I wasn't sure why and I looked at the hours of operation when I got home and it still said 10:00 but maybe that just didn't mean Sunday night so I don't know. If you're going to be closed early on Sunday totally cool I get that but just change your hours so everybody knows. Thanks. Not upset or anything just thought I'd pass that along because Arby's has always been good.
