I can't really leave a review about food because I didn't get any food. I drove up to the Shelbyville Road Arby's at about 9:15pm. My Alexa said that it was due to close by 10:00 p.m. So I got there about 9: 30pm and it was closed all the lights turned off. I wasn't sure why and I looked at the hours of operation when I got home and it still said 10:00 but maybe that just didn't mean Sunday night so I don't know. If you're going to be closed early on Sunday totally cool I get that but just change your hours so everybody knows. Thanks. Not upset or anything just thought I'd pass that along because Arby's has always been good.

I like Arby’s but this location consistently forgets items. I spoke with the manager and she was very professional and offered to replace the food. That’s good but I’d really just rather they get the order right in the first place. Check your order before you leave!!

Okay I did.Even went to a different area of town...The New burger won't be around long ..it's pitiful... plus had a turkey and bacon sandwich and the bread was stale...Told the manager or the Mexican lady behind the counter she did nothing...So again not a good experience

Usually love Arby’s, but I had some of the WORST, Most hard and disgusting mozzarella sticks I’ve ever tasted in my life about 5 minutes ago. Almost broke a tooth on the first one, and threw them out. I’d rather wait 30 mins for fresh food, than to be given food that’s been sitting for god knows how long. They were fully staffed, and no cars were there, so there shouldn’t be an excuse as to why the quality was that poor. Usually love Arby’s, but not this location I guess.

I went to this location and really enjoyed it! The staff was so nice and the restaurant was really clean. Highly recommend this location and the food was ??
I gave them a coupon and I got charged full price. I even asked about the price and was told the coupon gives me half off. I guess shakes are $8 at the store instead of $3.69 like in the Arby’s app. I asked them for bronco berry sauce and got bbq sauce. I asked for ketchup, no ketchup. I got cold fries for my son that had burnt curly fries in it when I ordered crinkle. Shut this place down and build something where people actually care about their jobs. Maybe there’s no manager. Either way, I won’t be back.
