Food was great and service was good as always. The only issue was that while trying to go through the drive-through during lunch, there was a semi truck blocking the lane for a delivery, which made it very difficult to get through. Deliveries are important, but they really shouldn’t be happening right at peak lunchtime when customers are trying to get in and out. Other than that, I enjoyed my meal and the staff was friendly.

Went to eat in and they spent more time on Door Dash orders than people inside. Tried to get a drink to go and a bag but was completely ignored. Food was good but service was not. Drink dispenser was full of liquid and drinks were not good. Manager Sharon ropped an empty fry sleeve on the floor and put it back in the slot to be used rather than throwing it away. Not impressed.

My order was wrong and i called to request a refund. Was told they would remake it but tried to refuse to refund it. The manager made a snide remark when getting off the phone.

It is advertised the place closes at midnight. However, when I pulled in at 9:10 to order a Jamocha Shake I was told the ice cream machine has been broken down for the night. Why close at midnight but shut your ice cream machine at 9 or before? This place has a long history of bad reviews for being poorly managed and having bad service. This just another bad review to show this business is ran poorly.

This Arby's location in Hillview gets a 4 star review for yesterday. Having been at this location many times and have always had a good experience. Only suggestion is to rid of the dark headed , fake eyelash wearing female on the front line to find another line of work. Customer service is not fot her. I had issue with her over hot food the last time I was there.

Today my colleague and I stopped in here for our lunch break and honestly I have to say this was the best Arby’s restaurant I’ve ate at in a long time. Right off first glance the interior was nice and clean. Very tidy. Not only did the young lady at the counter properly greet us but also engaged us in a friendly conversation. It’s refreshing to be served well prepared food, and fast I might add, and experience a front line employee with such a great attitude. From the “tile workers”, we appreciate you guys. Great job. 👍👍

There was no ketchup available in the dispenser. We made the staff aware. Drink station was very dirty. Dining room was very dirty. It was not very busy with customers.
