We spent 16 minutes in the drive-thru and only had 1 car in front of us. Then after we pulled off, I realized our order was wrong, and we didn't have time to go back. The slider I got only had 1 little sliver of meat on it, and the grease used for the potato cakes tasted old and left a bad taste in ourmouths.Update: 2 years later and still bad. If you want a terrible, dried out and over-cooked chicken sandwich that has been sitting under a heat lamp for no telling how long, this is the place for you. The fries were cold too. The employees here don't care about fresh hot food.Another update 03/2024. This is what you get when you ask for fish with only tartar sauce.

Went inside to eat . In line at counter no service all was worred about drive thru. Waited inside for 25 min an left . No one said we will be with you. They just engorged everyone . Very poor service. Will not recommend this Arby'
