Stopped by Arby’s for a quick dinner and it was a solid experience. I ordered the roast beef sandwich combo, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The curly fries were seasoned just right, and my order was ready pretty fast.
The only thing I didn’t love was that the sandwich felt a little smaller than I remembered, but it still hit the spot. Overall, good food and I’d definitely swing by again when I’m craving something different from the usual burger place.

Ordered 2 $7.99 roast beef boxes. Our small drinks had no ice. Been sitting at the window since we ordered. We got to the peach roll that was hard and one had a dark hair cooked into the dough of it. I want to upload a pic but it won’t let me. But I’ll find a way

The sandwiches are prepared when ordered, they're always on fresh and enjoyable. Nice menu selection of sandwiches and side items. The milkshakes are delicious along with apple and cherry turnovers. The counter personnel were friendly and very helpful

Clean dining area, restrooms, and soda fountains. Sauce bar was fully stocked. Food is fresh and quick. Friendly staff. Good place to stop for lunch.

The workers in the drive thru was so nasty and rude. I asked a simple question and whoever it was sounded so irritated that I asked a question as if I was inconveniencing him on top of when I pulled up telling me to wait and I waited over 3 minutes! I just pulled off because why am I gonna sit here and spend my money somewhere where the employees don’t even have decent customer service

The food was good as always at this location. The floors are always a little dirty, but other than that I've had no complaints until today. I was going to the restroom after eating. As soon as I walked inside the restroom My feet started to slip due to a wet/very slick floor. I skated for a second then went right to my knees. I went to the the lady up front a little shook but as calm as I could be and explained what happened. I told her that someone clearly mopped it heavily and didnt put a wet floor sign up. She got very defensive and was extremely rude saying that it was actually due to an air conditioner leak and had been like that all morning. I don't really belive that but either way there should have been a wet floor sign. Especially since she's admitting that she's known about it since this morning. It was 2:00 when this occurred. I wasnt looking to get any kind of compensation, or to get people in trouble. Just trying to get them to put up a sign so others don't get hurt. My knees are a little banged but will be fine. I just couldn't belive how mad the lady got at me for something that cleary was thier fault and could have been avoided. I asked for her name. She rudely and aggressively said I'm the GM and my name is on the door!

With the new management this place wont last long. I hate to see them close down one of the oldest Arby's but it's coming. Since New Management has taken over, I have received the wrong order twice and manager was rude both times.
