Clean dining area, restrooms, and soda fountains. Sauce bar was fully stocked. Food is fresh and quick. Friendly staff. Good place to stop for lunch.

The workers in the drive thru was so nasty and rude. I asked a simple question and whoever it was sounded so irritated that I asked a question as if I was inconveniencing him on top of when I pulled up telling me to wait and I waited over 3 minutes! I just pulled off because why am I gonna sit here and spend my money somewhere where the employees don’t even have decent customer service

The food was good as always at this location. The floors are always a little dirty, but other than that I've had no complaints until today. I was going to the restroom after eating. As soon as I walked inside the restroom My feet started to slip due to a wet/very slick floor. I skated for a second then went right to my knees. I went to the the lady up front a little shook but as calm as I could be and explained what happened. I told her that someone clearly mopped it heavily and didnt put a wet floor sign up. She got very defensive and was extremely rude saying that it was actually due to an air conditioner leak and had been like that all morning. I don't really belive that but either way there should have been a wet floor sign. Especially since she's admitting that she's known about it since this morning. It was 2:00 when this occurred. I wasnt looking to get any kind of compensation, or to get people in trouble. Just trying to get them to put up a sign so others don't get hurt. My knees are a little banged but will be fine. I just couldn't belive how mad the lady got at me for something that cleary was thier fault and could have been avoided. I asked for her name. She rudely and aggressively said I'm the GM and my name is on the door!

With the new management this place wont last long. I hate to see them close down one of the oldest Arby's but it's coming. Since New Management has taken over, I have received the wrong order twice and manager was rude both times.

Best Arby's I've been to, Thomas always does a fantastic job in the drive through! Amazing service from the crew.
I eat at the 3rd St location I go thereat least 2 times a week there is a. Very rude worker older woman manager they screwed up my she is the only employee that does it iam not sure if she is manager I always get 4 for 10 and a large mocha shake alot of whip cream I drink my shake the in the lobby cause I ride a E bike so I can only carry the bat this day she made me very anger by the tone of her voice so I left on with shake and guess what I had to drop it the bag ripped I was very mad I get home rost beef is cold it's close to me I don't have another around close and the curly fries was hard as little bricks last but not least my shake was thought out liquid I need to go to that one but with rude people u don't want to please do something for send me coupons or something good so I keep coming back if not I will go to Burger King

Tried the cordon bleu . It's nasty as hell! Not at all like it used to be. They dumped a hot ham on a piece of chicken. No big eye swiss or anything like they say. It was smoked ham and not good!!!
