Everything was really nice accept I didn't get my drink with my meal swiss sandwich from the cashierand said and that the milkshake that was a separate purchase was my drink. I was expecting my drink with my meal and my milkshake separate. she lied to my face, the manager did!

I'll post here since we know Doordash won't post negative reviews. Ordered a Half Pound Beer And Cheddar with added Bacon but what I was sent was just a Half Pound Roast Beef. No Cheddar and No Bacon, so learn to check your orders before they go out. Doordash did a full refund even though I only asked for the difference.

I had stopped going here because they kept giving medium fries when you paid for large and were very skimpy on other items. So I give them another chance today and again both large fries were medium. I wish I hadn't been talking to the other person with me and checked before we left. Sad, that after all these months, they are still doing this! Not going back again. I don't like getting ripped off. The big game burger has the same issue as their other burgers, freaking bone chunks! Never again! See pics, bones in just one bite. Threw away the rest, as once I hit a hard thing in my food, I'm done.

I really hope Thomas in the drive thru is a manager. His communication, friendliness, professionalism, plus level of service is impeccable. If it wasn't for the fact I just moved to Louisville he is someone I would try to poach as an upscale service manager back home. It's hard to leave that kind of impression during an interaction in drive thru fast food. Go Thomas.
