while the employees are usually nice, I dislike that every time I get my normal double beef and cheddar, they only put the smallest little half spoon of cheddar on it. I'm paying MORE for the cheddar and I'm barely even getting any. and their soda is constantly flat too. I give up on this arbys.

Rude shift manager named Sarah. Works night shift and told me that she didn't care if my foods cold that I had a microwave at home. Said they were about to close and I wasn't getting anything else. I'll never eat here again. Just disrespectful activity. Also have workers outside smoking marijuana instead of working. Line full of cars. Just need new crew to be honest. I'll never come here again.

Curious what time this location closes? It says 11:00 online but I’ve driven out of my way twice now before 11:00 and they are closed. Did the hours change or did the employees decide to leave early? Would like to know for next time!

Imagine with me for a moment going to a restaurant and ordering three sandwiches and four fries and not receiving a single correct order not even a single fry was correct. We ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomato or lettuce; we received a sandwich with no chicken but lettuce tomato and enough honey mustard to make the sandwich weigh more than a sandwich with a chicken Pattie, this is not an exaggeration. They also made a second of this type of sandwich, although the sandwich it was supposed to be was a chicken sandwich plain. It had lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, and also had so much honey mustard that it was just a puddle on the plastic, before even opening the sandwich. This wasn't just a simple mess up, or mistake that was understandable, it was plain unacceptable. And I'm saying this without ever making a negative review. If by some rare chance you look at this before going and are not just sharing in my poor experience, do not go here.
