So today in Louisville kentucky on Bardstown rd and Hikes ln I opened the wrap on my double beef n cheddar they had a long piece of the plastic wrap that the meat comes in still on the meat!! 😳 come on Arby's you can do better! Food quality has to be there. Unfortunately I will not be back at this location

These chicken fingers sure do look burned up to me. They claim they changed vendors but these tasted burnt too They would not replace them. Someone from management needs to reach out.

I ordered a ham and cheese melt sandwich with extra cheese and I got my sandwich and it was cold, cheese wasn't melted and meat wasn't warm at all. Then I tried to call them and no answer.

I love their coupons and usually my food is great. But this visit the crinkle fries were terrible.
I have a photo but not sure how to add it. Not good. Ordered four beef and cheddar, one with extra red sauce. Barely any cheese, almost a whole teaspoon, and barely any red sauce on any of the sandwiches. I don’t know that we will be back. Don’t advertise pictures of food when it certainly does not look even remotely similar when you sell it. Prices being what they are I expected better.

while the employees are usually nice, I dislike that every time I get my normal double beef and cheddar, they only put the smallest little half spoon of cheddar on it. I'm paying MORE for the cheddar and I'm barely even getting any. and their soda is constantly flat too. I give up on this arbys.

Rude shift manager named Sarah. Works night shift and told me that she didn't care if my foods cold that I had a microwave at home. Said they were about to close and I wasn't getting anything else. I'll never eat here again. Just disrespectful activity. Also have workers outside smoking marijuana instead of working. Line full of cars. Just need new crew to be honest. I'll never come here again.
