I am dasher and I really needed to use the restroom. Their facility had a code that you had to put into the door and I asked nicely the first time for the code and I was told I needed to purchase something in order to use the bathroom. I was in dire need and almost in tears.I'm not sure if this is illegal for them to do, but I bet I be checking this out. And I have!I was nice the first two times I asked for the code and was denied. I feel that with me working doordash, they should have provided the code. With that being said, they are a public facility and they offer a service to the public which should allow the public use ot the restroom!Kentucky State law considers each business a private entity and they are not liable for not providing a restroom to the public, but again it violates federal regulations on public entities. Sounds like a rights violation to me!! IT VIOLATES THE "PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT" ! AND I AM A DISABLED VETERAN WITH MANY DISABILITIES THAT CANNOT Be SEEN!MY OPINION-The public should not have to purchase something in order to use the restroom! I understand there is a problem with the homeless community, blah blah blah, but when you have somebody who is VISIBLY IN DISTRESS! They should be allowed to use the bathroom no questions asked! Laws in Kentucky are not aligning with Federal provisions and I plan to see what can be done to change this! There are 28 states that cannot deny public access to restroom facilities PROVIDED BY PUBLIC ENTITIES LIKE RESTAURANTS because they do not want to be in violation of the "PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES ACT" and I BELIEVE that Kentucky should follow suit because this is not only a VIOLATION OF HIPAA if you have to provide proof to use the facilities, but it is also a violation of a person's individual privacy! You have lost a customer for life. I WILL NOT FREQUENT ANY ARBY'S EVER AGAIN because of this, nor will I deliver another order from your restaurants ever! The absurdity of this is beyond all comprehension!

Food was good. Only 2 employees working and they seemed to be working hard. Problem was dining area. It was filthy. Every table dirty and odor from restrooms. I had to clean a table just to eat.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!this location in particular used to be my go to specially for the amazing fries but when I went today to get a club chicken sandwich and specifically asked for no tomatoes and no bacon and I go home to try to enjoy my meal just to start eating and find out, it has bacon not only is it against my religion but I physically felt so ill that I threw up. Now imagine if I was actually allergic to it and not just take it my religion I could have died because of somebody else's mistakes. It's not a simple mistake and the service is usually horrible, but I go anyway, just for the fries. I do not recommend this place they can't follow simple instructions.

Went through the drive thru was very polite to the person taking my order AND to the person at the window ( Candice). She needs to be on fries or cleaning the dining area because she has no customer service skills. She barely talks i said thank u and please… no response. Asked for condiments and i would’ve thought i asked her to build a house ! Like that’s your JOB if you don’t like it GO HOME! I’m speaking to her very politely and she acted like i was getting on her nerves. Please let people that actually have customer service skills to deal with the customers.
