Door Dashed 7 times this year from this specific location, and 7 out of 7 times... no sauce. How? Apparently, marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks does not exist in this city. Nor does sauce on Nashville sliders, or cheese sauce on my roast beef and cheddar, or any sauce really; it is a miracle I got Arby's sauce in the bag 3 out of 7 times.
A lot of the food is overcooked and dry as a result -- which low and behold if there is NO SAUCE it makes it like eating cardboard.
I get it. I've worked in fast food. A mess up here and there, running out of something, overcooking a thing by mistake... it happens; but it doesn't happen... everytime. If Door Dash would let me change locations from where I get my Arby's I would, but I can't. So I'll get my food somewhere else.

The photo showed lettuce and other toppings my sandwich doesn’t have that. The top of the burger was covered in some red sauce so I couldn’t touch it. The fries were undercooked and raw inside as well as being cold.

Me, my fiancé and my 13 year old came through drive thru after 9pm to order an roast beef meal with mozzarella sticks, beef and cheddar meal with Diet Coke and 3 piece with fries and Dr Pepper. The lady on the speaker was very unprofessional and not listening to me and my fiancé she kept repeating things that I did not order. She claimed and falsely accused that I said Mello yellow and I clearly did not say that. When we got to the window the same lady gave us a different total when asked to repeat the order the lady at the drive thru lined at me and gave me a smirk and prepared to be unprofessional Alain to the point it really embarrassed me in front of my 13 year old who noticed how much of a bully and disrespect the drive lady was towards me after I asks for a manager and before she shut the door she began red to bully me again in front of my child and fiancé. When the manager came to take my order for the 4th time the same drive through lady on the background was dancing, mocking me, being a bully towards me and being unprofessional and rude. Idk if I will ever come back to that arbys again after being bullied and disrespect land embarrassed again.

Arby's, it's trash the one on hikes lane in louisville, kentucky ordered a Roast Beef and cheese with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The piece of cheese looked like they had threw it over to the side, petted it with something it was dry. It was terrible and the manager when I went back in. She looked at me and proceeded to walk. Around like she was busy, wasn't doing anything. That's neither or there. The service was terrible and the food is trash. Will not go back

Went for lunch and they were open yet closed and no one was working, absolutely terrible organization. Line was backed up waiting to order also. I would be embarrassed to say I owned this franchise. Do better.
First of all the messed up my entire order. I ordered a number 1 double with crinkle fries, large coke and no red ranch. Got food curly fries, small coke and they left red ranch on it. Not to mention the roast beef was all slimy and tasted awful. Be lucky if I dont get sick from this nasty food

Purchased turkey bacon combo. There was only one piece of turkey bacon one piece of bacon, unfolded. Horrible for a $13-14 meal so disappointed. Then no answer on the phone. Won't do THIS again FERSURE.
