I really loved this place it’s quiet, calm, and very relaxing. They offer service in both English and Spanish, which is great. The milkshakes are amazing, definitely my favorites! The burgers aren’t my favorite flavor-wise, but they’re still good, so I’m giving 4 stars. One small issue is that sometimes they don’t give you exactly what you order for example, if you ask for chicken, they might give you a burger instead. They should also pay more attention to serving customers in the order they arrive, since a few times people who came after me were served first. Other than that, it’s a nice place and worth visiting.

I'm sure it's money saving reasons that they don't open their inside for carryout, but they need to take a lesson from Chick-fil-A. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with 7 cars ahead of me an only moved one spot. It was time to give up on this location and head to the one in Valley Station. They are not a lot faster, but you do move quicker...
****Update.... Things have mostly gotten back to normal. The only thing now is the cleanliness of the lobby and bathroom.

That new steak sandwich steak bite sandwich is no good. It’s dry it just don’t taste good taste like pot roast. It’s dry. Just picked it up. I wouldn’t want nobody else to go buy one because it’s no good. Don’t waste your money on it. You regret it unless you like dry food Buy your roast beef sandwiches better.

Good is great service is great. What's not great is the price. It's 30 plus dollars for 2 to eat out these days and that's not even causal sit down but fast food. It's unacceptable. I had just turkey sandwich my man had a gyro deal and it was still winks 30. Great food just it's too expensive and this isn't picking on Arby's. Literally everywhere is the same.

We love Arby's now and then.. you can't beat the roast beef! We eat it at least once a month. It's a little more expensive than other fast food but it's worth it.
I ordered a chicken bacon and swill w/no lettuce tomato or honey dijon, they also left off the bacon. They weren't paying attention to the counter... they were too busy looking at something on the cashiers back. The recipt even showed correctly how I wanted my sandwich, but they tried to act like I ordered it without bacon. No mam. This shows what I ordered!
