Are Yall serious with this? I ordered a classic beef and cheddar and a medium fry for my son and asked for 3 cups of red ranch, no further sauces needed for my order. I checked my bag to make sure the order was complete and saw all three cups were in the bag but I couldn’t see the contents until I got home and got them out. This is the same thing I get him every time, bc he’s a very specific eater and if there is any deviation from what he gets, he won’t eat it. And it’s hard enough to get him to eat so when he finds a safe food, especially something with meat in it it’s a big deal. Just CHARGE me for the sauce, I am happy to pay for it. Don’t accept my order and then give me three cups of sauce that are only 1/8 of the way full, especially when I won’t see it until I’m all the way home. Each cup is maybe the equivalent of a packet of Arby’s sauce.This is such a waste of plastic and inventory and just a really crappy way to give your customers the middle finger. All three of these don’t even make a full cup. Why was this necessary?

Normally I have a good experience at this location, and even today the person who took my order and handed it out was kind and respectful during the interaction. Idk who was responsible for this but it is really frustrating and disappointing. I can’t leave my kid alone at home and I’m not going to drag him back out to get my order replaced. Please just be mindful when people order like this. Next time I’m not going to pull off without

Garbage food here. Chicken tenders and fries so gross, I’d believe you if you told me it was picked from the trash. Everyone’s fries were cold, despite my use of a hot bag and being less than 5 from the Arbys. The tenders were so dark and disgusting looking. It seems as if they were left under a heat lamp for over an hour. I used to work at an Arby’s and our food was miles above this location. This place will rob you of your money by delivering extremely underwhelming goods and services. I’m going back for a refund when I leave work.

Okay, we stopped here on our way down to Tennessee the day before Thanksgiving, and it blew me away. I was craving their cheese sticks, but love me a beef n’ cheddar. I was thrown off by the route, because it took us down a “No Outlet” street that wasn’t a no outlet, but we were so rewarded . I’m not kidding, one of the best sandwiches I have had in my life, 20 minutes before they closed non the less. The gentleman running the window was nice, and apologized for the brief wait, stating the mozzarella sticks were made to order. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly sauced. We just got back from thanksgiving dinner, and still talked about the sandwiches from Arby’s. You all should be proud of the quality put out at that store. Maybe it was because of who was running that shift, they should be rewarded.
