Run of the mill fast food. If you're traveling beware of different menus. Most are Franchises. Specials differ by location. Got a large soda off I65 Indianapolis for $2.19. Same day in southern Indiana I ordered the same large soda and price was $2.99.

To add more details to this review, as a Dasher and a customer. This particular Arby’s seems to be generally understaffed. The staff could use some basic etiquette classes because their customer service is not the greatest. Also I exclusively order a half pound beef and cheddar and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten over 80% of what that’s supposed to be.

Why does it seem like ordering with the mobile app was the biggest hassle. Made us pull away from the window why they did other orders before ours. Then we had to go in to get our order. What’s the difference if I order on the mobile app compared to the screen. If anything you get the order faster. Hate how employees make mobile orders seem like an inconvenience when it makes their job easier. If employees don’t want to work fire them. Manager was no help shows it clearly a management issue. Maybe the owner dosnt even care so it just trickles all the way down
