By far the worst Arby's I've ever been too. Just went through the drive thru costed me 50 dollars for ice cold sandwiches. Tried calling no answer that's ok, I'll be back before the close at 10 and will be getting my money back or the manager will be eating a cold sandwich

We had to wait to have our order taken as the manager found it more important to fill the grubhub/ubereats orders first. She also could not tell us what fish was used for the fish sandwich. My dinner partner and I had both ordered meals but she only put it in for one meal and we had to pay extra for the second drink. She clearly did not listen to our order. The fries were not good on either meal. The fish and the chicken sandwiches were okay though.

Firstly, I would like to say that I don’t even wanna give it one star secondly, I don’t think this lady realizes that I work down the road and I’m a regular there so she’ll have to see me again in the future anyway here’s my experience; the lady who was working the counter told me her name was Keisha or Risha I have no idea and I think she gave me a fake name. Anyways she was very very rude to me and I came in and greeted her and smiled and said I’m here to pick up my pick up order no rush or anything She gave me a dirty look. Then once she went to go get the order she said I need your last name and she said it in a very nasty and annoyed tone. Then I told her my last name and she pretty much Shoved my food towards me. And so I said I hope your day gets better because you’ve got a bad attitude and then she got raised her voice and said no you’ve got a attitude and I said no you do and you’re being so rude to me and then she called me the B word and kept saying stuff towards me while I was walking out of the door I’ve never had a worst customer service experience. I called Arby’s when I get back to work and then she answered and said she was the supervisor which I don’t believe because I would call and she put the phone down and act like I wasn’t on the phone anymore and this happened 3 times before I finally gave up now I’m reporting this and I’m gonna also going to corporate. She literally would answer and put the phone down and talk about me to our coworker I clearly heard her lying saying that I was in the drive-through first of all I was never in the Drive-through. I walked in to get a Pick up order. This lady Risha or Keisha hates her job and she does not need to be in customer service whatsoever!
Terrible service, the drive-through operator was having a discussion with an employee, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Just to get food that was almost inedible due to the grease and old onions.
Fries was old and chewy, tasted horrible! People unfriendly!

The floor in front of the counter was sticky. My wife said the ketchup stand needed cleaning. A couple of minutes after we sat down to eat, someone yelled from the back DON'T EAT THOSE FRIES!!! JUST THROW THOSE AWAY!! They made me a new order of fries. There were 2 women arguing in the back. You could hear them from the dinner room because the dining room was dead. When we left, someone was leaning across the counter on their cell phone . It wasn't one of the better visits at an Arby's
