My god, it's an A&W and they are out of root beer. Incompetent people working there and it took no less than 22 minutes from when my food was ordered until I got it. It was cold. To think the family and I drove out of the way for A&W to be treated and dissatisfied like this.

This is the Long Johns and A&W. Food was excellent. Hot and fresh. Wait time through the drive thru was way too long. Always extremely slow. The inside needs a good remodel. It's getting pretty rough. Some of the staff are great while others act like they don't want to be there.

If you order a large they will give you a regular size cup and charge the same amount. The lady is rude and doesn’t reach her arm out to hand you food at all. Makes you feel like an inconvenience to even order here. Only a&w in Louisville, and almost isn’t worth stopping

The main name of this place is Long John Silvers seafood. But they have a full A & W food and drink menu. All of favorites from the A&W restaurant including the famous root beer. Smooth and mellow from the first sip to the very last drop. Makes an excellent root beer float, yum yum.

It was kinda late when I got.my food so the hush puppies were kinda hard. So don't recommend goin close to closing. Other than that every thing was wonderful. There are no more A&Ws anywhere anymore!! Sad such wonderful food. Long John silvers too love there food!Vegetarian options: Im not sure what they have exactly but they do have something. SryDietary restrictions: Don't get the bread.

I drove 30 miles because I hadn't had an A&W in years and I wanted one. I arrived early, so I wasted an hour driving around.When I arrived after opening time, the first thing that I saw was disgustingly dirty windows. Not a good sign.As I got to the door, it was locked.A woman came to the door and said said , Not open, only two here. Her and a toddler. Said, Maybe open 11:30-12:30, I don't know. Wow!What kind of nonsense is this? Where is the manager on a wednesday?The place needs a bulldozer.

I have been here 5 times. Yes, gave them the benefit of the doubt x 5… perhaps that was my mistake. Typically would just go for a Root Beer Float…. You know? The item that differentiates A&W…. Easy enough right?Well, not so much for this location. I understand right now people don’t want to work hard or even work at all! But come on… it’s not that hard!! Out of the 5 times I went, I only got serviced twice. Between not having ice cream, or a machine, or personnel, or being randomly closed in the middle of business hours… really don’t know how this place is still in business…For the owner…. Please don’t even worry about responding. I would feel bad having you waste the same time I wasted with your business.

I recently visited the local A&W restaurant with high expectations, hoping to relive the nostalgic charm of their classic root beer floats and delicious fast-food offerings. However, my experience left me somewhat disappointed, as the restaurant still has significant room for improvement.An area that requires attention is the store's cleanliness. As soon as I stepped in, I noticed that the floors were sticky, and there were visible crumbs and trash scattered in certain areas. The dining tables and chairs also appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned, as they had stains and residue from previous diners.

Pulled up to the drive through at 10:30. Waited until 10:45 to be told they were not serving food despite someone’s child being in the lobby with the doors locked. Bet disappointed.

Drove 30 minutes to go here. Went to the door and it was locked. They had only the drive thru open with no signs on the door that you couldn’t dine in. Really frustrating!
