Noodle bowl with veggies was wayyyy too salty. Eggplant was not edible. Banana egg roll was pulled out of the freezer before my eyes..making the banana mush when they deep fried it to reheat... Not fresh at ALL. ?Order almost $50 worth of food and had to ask for all the items.. the cashier tried to short us, but finally did serve all the items once we asked.. I thought she was going to charge us again but she didn't thank heavens.. one item came without toppings. Sad to see we did not have as good of food as others who've had this truck.

I'm just sitting down from enjoying a delicious meal from the Bamba Eggroll food truck and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Soft rice, tender marinaded chicken, thin Eggroll, and a flavorful sauce. This was definitely a winner and very popular with my coworkers as well.

This is the hometown business you want to support. The beef eggrolls and noodles were awesome and unique. Rudy called me for roadside assistance in the middle of the night and despite his predicament, he was nothing but a pleasure to be around. He took care of us like family. Authentic in his food and personality. You don’t find people or food like this often.

I ordered Chicken Adobo with garlic fried rice.Food smell delicious but it was very salty, it raised my mother's blood pressure after eating this.They should cook with less salt and without MSG?Update: Owner replied and stated they don't use MSG. Thank you for your reply.
