Had a rude cashier at the St Mathews location. My mom asked a question about the bill, the cashier wouldn't let mom talk. The bill was for about 25$. The cashier said over the drive thru speaker that the total was 32$ and change.The food was pricey, and bland. There was no flavor. The steak on the nacho fries was chewie. The other order was wrong. It was supposed to be 3 hard shell tacos. When we got to 5he window the cashier said they were out of hard shell, she asked if rolled tacos would be OK, we said yes. We end up getting taquitosi instead.So , we won't be going back

1 order ahead of me walking in. Waited 25 minutes only to bite into a cold taco. Went up to counter and told cashier that I just waited 30 minutes for my order and the food was cold. At this point, I just wanted my money back as my friend was also so annoyed, he left and went next door and was served upon entering. Meanwhile I’m still asking for the manager, but was told he was on break. Instead of giving me my money back, which I had asked for five minutes earlier, they remade my order and would not give me my money back claiming nobody’s talking English that could talk to me. I will never go back here and I will tell everyone I know that what happened to me should not happen to anybody. . Taco truck down the street just as good.

My husband and I love this place, says he's pretty sure the owners are from Cali because it's the best burritos he's had. Constantly asks to come back and I enjoy their burritos as well. Really great quality meat and ingredients.
I love Mexican food and there is alot of places here in louisville ky. This place is excellent I love to get street tacos and most places just pile stuff up and it's overwhelming but this plac A+

Placed an online order through the account I created. My email and cell number were attached to this account. I showed up to get my online order and was given an incomplete order. Out of shrimp! Problem is they didn't contact me prior nor did they tell me when I picked up my order it was incomplete. After I got into my car did I realize it was incomplete. I went back in and asked about my incomplete order and was told they credited me back the incomplete part. Problem is they never said anything about my order being incomplete at anytime during the pickup or ordering process. Just sent me on my way... Why have my personal email and cell number if you can't extend some courtesy and let someone know if the item isn't available. One of my co-workers didn't get lunch today because of this bad service. I love their burritos though. But, they do need to do better.
Placed a paid order online only to find out the store is closed. There is no contact form to track down a refund. No one answers the phones. Don't waste your time/money!
